About
👋 Hi there. I have been working with women in recovery from alcohol for the last 26 years. It is my passion to see people learn to love themselves through self discovery. I would love the opportunity and privilege to walk by your side as you walk toward goals of self discovery and healing. I assist with discovery of self empowerment and help people to overcome anxiety and panic disorder, incorporating tools to live your best life now.
My biggest strengths are authenticity, communication, and helping those feel safe in an environment where one can put down the maladaptive tools that cause harm.
First session
We will get to meet virtually and hear about goals that you may have as well as any setbacks that you feel maybe keeping you from those goals. Would love to hear about your psychosocial history.
Strengths
My biggest strengths are authenticity, communication, and helping those feel safe in an environment where one can put down the maladaptive tools that cause harm. Learning new actions to create better outcomes in their lives.
Ideal clients
Support with recovery from addictions , anxiety, panic disorder, low self esteem, and ways to self care during these busy times.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
It’s important to see old patterns of behavior which get us the same results. This is important when seeking change and different outcomes
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Learning tools to help become mindful while slowing down any panic or anxiety, which may be setting your emotional regulation off balance.
Interpersonal
Learning what makes someone tick really helps to add self awareness and empowerment when seeking your ideal response to personal triggers.
