I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy works best when clients feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. I strive to create a space where people can show up as they are without feeling judged, rushed, or expected to have everything figured out.
My approach is rooted in connection and collaboration. While I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and nervous-system-informed techniques, and trauma-informed care into my work, I primarily work from a person-centered perspective, meaning I tailor therapy to each individual rather than taking a rigid or one-size-fits-all approach.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, or self-esteem struggles. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, high-functioning people who are used to carrying a lot internally and are looking for both practical support and a deeper understanding of themselves.
I believe healing often begins with having a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone. My goal is to help clients feel supported while building insight, confidence, emotional resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S) with a decade of experience helping diverse populations navigate the complexities of mental health. My approach is grounded in the understanding that our thoughts and emotions deeply influence our actions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to restructure negative thinking and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support trauma recovery. I am deeply passionate about fostering a stigma-free environment where clients can develop the practical strategies necessary for meaningful and lasting change
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or emotional stress - or noticing patterns from the past repeating in your relationships - you’re not alone. Unresolved trauma, depression, or anger can affect the way you think, behave, and connect with others. These patterns can also affect how you see yourself - leading to self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a sense of not being good enough.
I’m Manuel Olvera, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in helping adults work through anger, anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, self-doubt, and relationship issues, so you can feel more calm and balanced. I also welcome clients who struggle with ADHD-related challenges, particularly when emotional regulation or past trauma is involved. Teenagers are also welcome.
In therapy, I aim to listen more than I talk. I offer guidance and explain psychological concepts when they’re helpful, but my main focus is creating space for you to express yourself and process what you're feeling. I ask questions to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors - and I follow your lead.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and elements of CBT to support healing at the level of both the mind and body. I also help you explore how past wounds may be affecting your current relationships. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and often work with each partner individually in addition to joint sessions - especially when personal trauma is showing up in the relationship dynamic.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with anger, shutdown, or self-doubt - or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you - therapy can help. You don’t have to have all the answers. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to work with you.

Hi, I’m Marilyn Hancock, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. Growing up with undiagnosed ADHD and dyslexia, I understand how difficult it can feel when the world doesn’t seem built for you. That experience fuels my passion for supporting neurodiverse adults, including those with ADHD, dyslexia, or on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, grief, PTSD, or depression.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are, honor your unique story, and help you build the tools and confidence to move forward. Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, and creating a life you truly love.
If you’re tired of overthinking every move, replaying old wounds, or feeling like anxiety, anger, or shame is making life more difficult — you’re in the right place. I can help. I’m here to help you figure out what’s getting in the way and give you tools to overcome it.
I am a therapist who enjoys building a relationship with my clients by finding how to best understand each other. We may not share a background, but practicing curiosity from a position of genuine interest helps me better understand the people around me and form rapid connections. I believe knowledge and language have power so that the way we think and the information we use to think help us view what we think as changeable and adjust it to be more helpful.
I provide a client-centered approach that empowers individuals to take an active role in their growth and healing. My work emphasizes the connection between thoughts and behaviors, helping clients build practical skills to create meaningful change. Using evidenced-based strategies, I support clients in identifying patterns that may be holding them back and developing healthier, more effective ways of navigating life. I believe that change happens through intentional action and increased self-awareness. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been practicing for the last 10 years. After earning my degree, I worked as a psychologist in the United States Navy, in a variety of roles and settings, for several years and then started my private practice. I am looking forward to this next chapter and hoping I can be a part of yours as well!
My journey into mental healthcare is deeply personal and rooted in both lived experience and resilience. I was drawn to this field through many of the challenges I have faced and overcome throughout my own life. One of the most transformative moments in my journey occurred after I acquired a disability, an experience that completely shifted my perspective on healing, vulnerability, and emotional wellness.
My personal experiences allow me to approach therapy with authenticity, compassion, and a deeper level of connection. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, explore their emotions without judgment, and move toward healing at their own pace.
Those experiences ultimately shaped not only my career path, but also the type of therapist I strive to be, which is someone who leads with empathy, values genuine human connection, and understands that healing often begins when people feel supported, empowered, and no longer alone in what they are carrying.
Do you wake up worried about the day ahead before you even get out of bed? At work, are you scared of making mistakes, feeling like everyone’s waiting for you to mess up? When friends invite you out, do you say “yes” but feel nervous inside? At home, instead of relaxing, do you replay awkward moments, wondering what others think of you? If these anxious thoughts make you feel not good enough and exhaust you, you’re not alone. These feelings can undermine your confidence and affect your professional and personal relationships. I’m here to help you find relief and reclaim your sense of calm and control.
I am a mature woman with a young spirit. I am interested in what is going on in the world and tend to stay current and youthful in my thinking. I am a perpetual learner and am very open minded. I strive to be accepting and non-judgemental. I see myself as a tool to be used in the therapeutic work we are pursuing. I have had many unique and challenging life experiences that equip me to easily relate to a broad group of individuals. I may have walked in your shoes. I will strive to relate to you as though I have with empathy and compassion.
My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

My goal is to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and grounded in your life, one step at a time.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and a National Certified Counselor based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Houston Clear Lake and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people from all ages with their mental health concerns. I'm focused on helping clients discover their strengths, build support systems, and foster holistic self-awareness. I firmly believe that the client is the expert of their own life and a key collaborator in treatment planning. Hello, I'm Lacie Pace, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I am committed to empowering clients to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting positive change.
Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I received my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University. I have been practicing in the field for 5 years. I work with adult individuals who struggle with various mental health issues and couples who are experiencing challenges with communication and intimacy issues in their relationships. I also work with couples who have made the decision to separate and want a smooth transition with the process.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps adults heal from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and painful relationship patterns using EMDR therapy and a mind-body approach. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, or disconnection, appearing “fine” on the outside while feeling anything but on the inside. My goal is to create a safe, grounding space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface, release what’s been weighing you down, and reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is at the heart of my work. It’s an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. Through gentle bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), the mind can integrate painful experiences in a more adaptive way. Clients often describe EMDR as life-changing- it allows healing to occur on a deeper, neurological level, often when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough. My style is collaborative, intuitive, and compassionate. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll help you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and at peace within yourself.
Do you struggle with trust? Intimacy? The fear of being rejected? Anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, sadness, self-sabotaging behaviors, substance abuse? These are all common responses to abandonment, trauma, and sexual abuse. There is hope. You can heal. I am living proof that therapy works. I will provide you a safe space built on trust, compassion, reassurance, and optimism based on evidenced-based practice theories and interventions. My goal is to partner with you capitalizing on your strengths to create insights to the why's and how's of your life. Together we can create new healthier thinking patterns and behaviors so you can have the life you have always wanted and deserve.
I have experience working with adolescents, individuals, couples, those with addictions, hospice patients, and families, in a variety of settings.

We will work together to learn and understand where you are now and how the past has impacted you. Engaging in therapy can be anxiety provoking, exciting and freeing. If you are willing to work on our mutually agreed upon assignment between our counseling sessions, you will find we make progress.
I worked in criminal justice prior to being licensed in Michigan where I grew up and studied. Upon moving to Chicagoland, I worked 10 years with a crisis response team and an employee assistance program. This is where I learned to develop skills to drill down into client issues and work with the client to reduce discomfort and improve coping skills. Our counseling sessions did not last beyond 6-8 meetings. I moved to Texas in 2003 and since then have continued to work on crisis teams and with military members/spouses on installations. My practice has been focused on supporting couples communications; life transitions including grief/loss, career transitions, parenting skills and integrating/applying client's spiritual practice into every day life.
Clients describe me as safe to talk with about difficult topics; active and contributing to the dialog; creative in opening up behavioral and cognitive options.
