I approach each person with honesty, compassion, an open mind, and a willingness to think outside the box. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's questions and challenges. Drawing from both my professional background and my own lived experiences, I strive to provide guidance, encouragement, and a safe space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.

I approach clients with the an open mindset, looking to explore what the client needs and what they want for themselves. I always want my clients to know there is no judgement from me in their decisions, EVER. I view everyone's mistakes as us just being human and having a human experience. This practice of examining our human journey and what motivates us to do the things we do is extended to myself, my clients and my children/family. I work with clients who want to improve the way they experience life. The desire for better relationships with themselves and with others, and to gain a sense of purpose and meaning. I’ve always been interested in what drives people and believe that we can usually discover what is best for ourselves if we slow down, take the time to think things through, talk about it with a person we trust, and express the feelings we have in healthy ways—even the negative ones we may try to avoid. I use a number of therapeutic modalities in my practice, which connect thoughts to feelings and feelings to thoughts, enabling my clients to change and grow in the positive direction that they might envision for themselves.
