Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the Texas A&M-Kingsville and have been practicing for 12 years. I help young adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I have more than 10 years of working with children who have experienced trauma and grief. I have also worked with parents a lot of children who have a special need. My training in depression and anxiety seems to help benefit most clients in many ways. My daily pray is that I say what I need to say, to whom I need to say it, when I need to say it in the most helpful way.
In the first few sessions clients can expect the following: 1. Introductions (client and therapist) 2. Discussion on limits of confidentiality 3. Clients needs 4. Specific plan building tailored to client needs 5. Building of positver therapuetic environment and rapport.
My greatest strength is my genuine attitude and the core congruence that people experience in session. Having worked with young people for the past years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
