Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

From our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard. I show up as authentic, compassionate, and engaged—meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, build practical coping skills, and create a plan that supports your growth, healing, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my therapeutic approach apart is my ability to create a safe, genuine, and relatable space where clients feel comfortable opening up. I balance compassion with practical, results-focused strategies, helping clients build real-life coping skills they can use outside of sessions. I specialize in supporting teens and young adults through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, empowering them to gain clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, especially during life transitions or stressful seasons. Many of my clients are high-functioning but struggling internally with stress, burnout, or emotional challenges. I support those who are ready for growth, want practical coping tools, and are open to doing deeper work to heal, set boundaries, and create a more balanced, fulfilling life.
