I’m Tamera J. Stouton, a Licensed Professional Counselor, EMDR Certified Therapist, and EMDR Consultant-in-Training! I love guiding women, couples, and emerging EMDR therapists through the journey of becoming—healing wounds, building healthy relationships, and developing the confidence to show up fully in life, relationships and business. My approach weaves evidence-based trauma therapy with a deeply holistic lens: honoring the mind, body, and spirit as one system of healing.
In our work together, therapy & consultation becomes a sacred journey, a space to slow down, process painful experiences, and reconnect with your innate resilience. I integrate EMDR, parts work, polyvagal and somatic practices, along with relational frameworks like Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to help my clients move beyond survival into embodied peace and purpose.
As a therapist & EMDR consultant in training, I bring both clinical depth and spiritual wisdom, rooted in years of study, teaching, and lived experience. I believe healing is not just about symptom relief; it’s about remembering who you are beneath the wounds.
If you’re ready to transform old patterns and live from a place of grounded wholeness, I’d be honored to walk beside you on your healing journey.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working as a therapist for over 15 years in different settings. My experience includes working with children, traumatic brain injury patients, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings in the community, including a variety of diagnoses. My therapeutic style is centered on respect and compassion. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues.
My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.

Welcome! My name is Shelese Moaning and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I have been working with clients for about 7 years in various settings from acute psychiatric facilities to traditional online therapy sessions. I aim to create a space where you feel open to share the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that come with being human.
I chose to change careers late in life. It has been a wonderful decision. I am able to help people in their daily lives be happy.
I attended SMU Counseling Program in Plano from 2010 to 2013. I was privileged to complete my practicum and internship at the Resource Center in Dallas. I requested this opportunity so I could help as many people as possible. This was not standard procedure, but I was allowed to do the unusual.
I believe clients simply want to be happy. They want to make their choices in life without guilt or shame. Everyone deserves that freedom. I hope that I can help people facilitate that life.
I am happy to share techniques that provide acceptance that allow people to not be impacted by the judgmental world in which we live.
Please give me a call and see if we connect and if you feel comfortable and safe speaking with me.

I help individuals and families improve overall functioning, as well as coping with social and emotional challenges. I am a nerd when it comes to emotions and love finding ways to help people process them effectively. Ideally I want you and/or your family to build confidence in handling the ups and downs of life and address the things that might be hindering your goals!
I’m a down-to-earth, no-nonsense human with a knack for noticing the behavior patterns that keep people stuck. Therapy is a second career for me, but it feels like the work my life experiences were preparing me to do all along. I bring warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a little humor into the room because healing can be meaningful without being serious every single minute. I work especially well with people pleasers, chronic overthinkers, boundary-strugglers, and anyone who is tired of living according to everyone else’s expectations.

Hi, I’m Tiana, a LCSW passionate about helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves. My practice is built for individuals who are ready to move past simply "surviving" day-to-day and instead intentionally step into a life that truly aligns with who they want to be.
My clinical philosophy centers on a vital pivot: I prioritize protecting your long-term energy and sustainable well-being over just maintaining a comfortable, temporary peace. I specialize in navigating complex life transitions, deep identity development, and processing the disconnect that happens when the professional or public personas we create to survive begin to overshadow who we actually are. In our work together, you will find an open-minded, grounded, and deeply collaborative space where you are safely challenged to step out of old roles and fully embody your true self.

I am first and foremost a lover of people. My approach is authentic, supportive, empathetic, and understanding of the difficulties many experience in life having to manage mental health symptoms, feelings of being alone/misunderstood, dealing with the ramifications of historical trauma and the impact these can have on one's current relationships. My greatest strength is quickly building rapport and focusing on holistic wellness (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically) and the connection between them. I am devoted to best care practices and excellent service delivery. I align myself well and tend to the immediate needs, desires, and goals of the person I'm working with. I don't believe that therapy is about learning to 'suffer less' but to work towards realizing one's full potential and highest level of functioning, identifying and working to resolve barriers that stand in the way, and developing the ability to trust in oneself, and one's ability to thrive in life. Every goal that is important to my client is important to me.

I help clients learn to cope in healthy ways with the symptoms that they experience and we work together to explore how to thrive versus survive.
Hello,
I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that).
At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy.
As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran.
Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.

As a Christian woman, you want a therapist who understands both your faith and your struggles without judgement. I help women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and unlike themselves find steadiness in their emotions, their relationships, and their walk with God.
Maybe you’ve noticed changes in your mood, find yourself overthinking, or have questions about relationships that matter to you. It could be that you are going through a difficult season, hormonal changes related to perimenopause or PMDD, or due to memories and hurts that still affect you today. You may be telling yourself that if you prayed more or tried harder, you’d be fine. I hear this a lot. You’re not going crazy, and you’re not weak. What used to work just isn’t working right now.
As a bilingual (English & Español), licensed therapist with 20 years of experience, I’ve walked with many women of all ages through hard seasons. In our sessions, we’ll figure out what’s going on and work on practical ways to calm your mind, manage your emotions, and relate to yourself with great self-compassion.
As a Christian therapist, I can draw on biblical truths alongside proven approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, so your faith becomes part of your healing. If you’d rather keep faith out of our sessions, that’s completely okay too.

Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. Let's work together to uncover the grace and celebrate the victories.
I think we can all agree that life can get messy and overwhelming. Whether it's relationships, career, health or all three at one time. I provide support for those looking to make a change. I believe you are the expert on your own complex experiences and would be honored to collaborate with you on the road forward.
"Each of us has the right and responsibility to assess the roads which lie ahead and those over which we have traveled, and if the future road looms ominous or unpromising and the road back uninviting then we need to gather our resolve and carry only the necessary baggage into another direction"- Maya Angelou
