Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and a National Certified Counselor based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Houston Clear Lake and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people from all ages with their mental health concerns. I'm focused on helping clients discover their strengths, build support systems, and foster holistic self-awareness. I firmly believe that the client is the expert of their own life and a key collaborator in treatment planning. I also believe in a cooperative approach to treating clients and welcome collaboration from family members.
There comes a time in our human experience where life seems to come at us fast and cause imbalance. Often times, we struggle to re-gain that balance. We begin to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and frustrated. It may become difficult to express ourselves, maintain friendships, spend quality time with loved ones or do something as simple as getting a good night’s rest. It is during those times that we must summon the courage to seek professional help to navigate through those feelings in hopes of finding our balance.
I believe positive, healthy relationships have the power to heal. Through a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, I will create a space for you to learn, heal, and grow into becoming your highest self and finding your balance.
I have experience working with young and wise adults on issues such as depression, anxiety, decision-making, problem-solving, establishing boundaries, and strengthening communication skills. I use various therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each individual client. I look forward to witnessing your journey to mental wellness!
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. As a therapist, I see my role as a collaborative facilitator of change. I believe that people are relational beings with physical, spiritual, emotional, and social components. The exploration these aspects can be life changing and enhancing. In addition, I seek to connect all facets of a person's world (the family they grew up in, their gender, faith, culture, education, age, etc.)

My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. We all face unexpected challenges which sometimes leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I believe that we have the ability to make healthy and appropriate choices regardless of the circumstances in which we may find ourselves. My role as a therapist is to assist and support clients as they learn new ways of coping and adjusting to life’s challenges. Counseling will vary depending upon one’s personality, stage of life, strengths or particular concern. Getting started can feel overwhelming. You have no idea where to even begin. You’ve been putting off therapy because you’re afraid it won’t help. More than anything you’d like to be able to feel happy again. You’d like to be able to put yourself out there more and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with others. You want to have the courage to be your authentic self without hiding behind a mask.
I'm Tree, a therapist who helps overwhelmed or stuck adults find their feet again and feel like themselves. Life moves fast, and it is easy to lose your footing when you are juggling too much. I specialize in supporting busy adults who are managing anxiety and trying to set healthy boundaries. My goal is to help you regain a true sense of control over your life. I offer confidential, tailored strategies, that can help reduce burnout, manage anxiety or depression, assist with interpersonal relationships, process grief, and keep you functioning at a happy and healthy level.

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other life challenges. For those who desire it, I also provide faith-based counseling from a Christian perspective. I believe each person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet individual needs and goals.
’ve felt called to become a therapist since I was nine years old, and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since. I began my career in a community mental health setting, where I worked closely with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and learned the importance of practical, real-life coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach today—I focus on helping clients build insight, develop tools they can actually use, and feel more confident navigating their relationships and daily lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing things down and staying grounded through gardening, crocheting, and camping. I’m also a big reader—especially when it comes to romance novels. Family is a central part of my life, and I value the many roles I hold as a wife, mother, stepmother, and grandmother. Raising both boys and girls—including twins—has given me a wide range of life experiences that help me connect with clients from all kinds of backgrounds.

Hi, I’m Devin. I’m happy that you’re here, and I want you to know that reaching out for support is a meaningful first step.

I work with individuals who are navigating several challenges in life such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship or friendship challenges, and low self-esteem. Most importantly, I believe you should have a voice in your healing process. You deserve to feel supported, empowered, and more in control of your life. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin taking steps toward healing, redemption, and a stronger sense of self.

During that time, I provided emotional support, counseling, and care coordination to patients and families navigating serious illness, grief, loss, and end-of-life concerns. This experience strengthened my understanding of the emotional challenges individuals and families face during difficult life transitions.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing symptoms related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), as well as a variety of personality disorders and adjustment-related concerns.
Helping others has always been deeply important to me, and my experiences working with individuals facing emotional, physical, and life challenges inspired me to pursue counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic pain or illness, caregivers experiencing burnout, and those navigating stress, emotional difficulties, or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Greetings Beloved Clients!
I am Pam C. Lyons, a Certified Professional Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor for 15 years, and 20 plus years of life experience. I understand what it means to reinvent and rebuild my life several times as a Hurricane Katrina Survivor and as a businesswoman.
My practice serves as a safe place to the Texas community and a beacon of light. The slogan “Reinvent the World” was inspired by all the shared traumatic experiences going on in the world due to Covid 19, increase in mental and physical health problems, racism, toxic politics, lack of safety for our children, poverty, economic challenges, women not receiving equal pay, women rights being infringed upon, and survivors of natural disasters. We need a space to express our traumatic experiences safely, to be listened to and understood with empathy and compassion, and to receive coping tools to become the best version of ourselves so we can create a better world for our future generations.

With a background as both an educator and counselor, I’ve always been dedicated to supporting others. My work is shaped by personal and professional life experiences, and I understand that we all need support at different points in our journey. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Mindfulness-Based Approach to help females navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-confidence, trauma, and women’s issues.

Hello, I'm Justin Alexander. I am currently practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for 17 years. Being in this helping profession in various forms since the age of 19, I have extended experience in a gamut of diagnosis for individual therapy, couples/marriage counseling, and family therapy. Being action-oriented in the therapeutic process, we will work together to achieve the desired goals.
Hello, I am Chantail. I am licensed in Texas and Louisiana. I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and my Doctorate in Professional Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology. I conduct all sessions via teletherapy and employ an evidence-based approach to support clients with their presenting concerns. I invite you to discuss how we may collaborate to identify the causes and solutions for issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
I look forward to working with you.
