One way or another, I want to help you.

Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. I collaborate with you to put together a treatment plan. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing your needs for mind, body and spirit. I use worksheets (sometimes if you like them!).
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, addictions, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Youngstown State University and began my career working in foster care as a case manager, where I developed a strong foundation in advocacy, family systems, and trauma-informed care. I later expanded my clinical work as a mental health therapist in a school setting and within a collaborative program serving children involved in foster care, supporting clients through complex emotional and environmental challenges.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). My clinical experience includes counseling children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, low self-esteem, anger management concerns, and relationship challenges.
In my practice, I utilize trauma-informed CBT, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based approaches, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe healing occurs in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, where clients feel empowered, respected, and actively involved in their mental health journey.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or emotional stress - or noticing patterns from the past repeating in your relationships - you’re not alone. Unresolved trauma, depression, or anger can affect the way you think, behave, and connect with others. These patterns can also affect how you see yourself - leading to self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a sense of not being good enough.
I’m Manuel Olvera, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in helping adults work through anger, anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, self-doubt, and relationship issues, so you can feel more calm and balanced. I also welcome clients who struggle with ADHD-related challenges, particularly when emotional regulation or past trauma is involved. Teenagers are also welcome.
In therapy, I aim to listen more than I talk. I offer guidance and explain psychological concepts when they’re helpful, but my main focus is creating space for you to express yourself and process what you're feeling. I ask questions to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors - and I follow your lead.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and elements of CBT to support healing at the level of both the mind and body. I also help you explore how past wounds may be affecting your current relationships. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and often work with each partner individually in addition to joint sessions - especially when personal trauma is showing up in the relationship dynamic.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with anger, shutdown, or self-doubt - or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you - therapy can help. You don’t have to have all the answers. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to work with you.
I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I believe therapy can help individuals navigate through difficulties so it doesn't feel like we are doing it alone. Come with me to the journey of introspection and we will find healing in the end.

Miljana (Mina) Bajic, LCSW
My main professional interest and passion is insight-based psychology and existential psychodynamic therapy. I studied and practiced clinical psychology in Belgrade, Serbia for 15 years where I also received intensive training in psychodynamic therapy and worked with individuals, families, and groups. Since moving to Houston 12 years ago, I completed my graduate degree at the University of Houston, where I practiced therapy mostly with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, and grief. I taught courses to graduate students at the University of Houston on Spirituality and Aging, Group therapy, Grief/Bereavement therapy and Research Methodology.
My deep dedication to the understanding and acceptance of the most diverse human existential experiences and challenges has led me to explore a wide array of aspects and sources of knowledge both scientific (evidence-based), but also those stemming from the creative processes of making music, literature, film, and art. My basic belief is that ultimate healing and balance comes from the inward, often unpleasant, but deeply rewarding journey into ourselves that incorporates our habits and thoughts, but also our physical existence, emotional dynamic and spiritual needs and values. My goal as a therapist is to be a reliable, trusted companion in this journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance.
Hello, my name is Ashley Warren, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my degree from Louisiana State University and have gained extensive experience working with adolescents and adults over several years. My primary focus is on providing support to individuals as they navigate through challenging life phases, grapple with identity issues, address low self-esteem, and cope with trauma. Additionally, I specialize in helping individuals struggling with family conflicts, providing a safe, supportive environment to explore and address their concerns. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques to ensure that my clients receive the highest quality of care.
Hi! I'm Kristina Vaughan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I've been a therapist for four years, and an exceptional social worker for seven years. I received my Master's Degree from the University of Houston. I help adults of all ages to heal from emotion dysregulation and self-sabotage patterns rooted in childhood trauma. I specialize in Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and OCD. If you feel like you've been living in a state of being an audience member, rather than the storyteller of your own life, then look no further. I'm the right therapist for you.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am here to assist you taking that step. I love to see my clients grow into who they want to be and take joy in seeing them overcome obstacles life throw at them. I am able to tailor my therapeutic techniques to individual needs of clients. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Perinatal mental health, and more.
I’m a warm, supportive therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I help clients better understand what they’re experiencing, build practical coping skills, improve communication, and create healthier patterns in their lives. My approach is collaborative and grounded, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and able to move toward meaningful change.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and ongoing life stress. I believe therapy should feel steady and purposeful — a place where you can speak honestly about what’s heavy while also making meaningful progress.
My style is calm, grounded, and direct. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we explore both where those patterns began and how they’re affecting your relationships, work, and sense of self today.
I integrate EMDR, CBT, and ACT to address the root of distress while also building practical skills for emotional regulation and clearer decision-making. I value depth, but I also value structure — therapy should not feel aimless.
I tend to work well with people who hold a lot together for others yet quietly carry internal stress, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences. I believe you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. When someone is ready to look beneath the surface, not just manage symptoms but understand and shift what’s underneath, that’s where meaningful change begins.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who's been servicing the mental health needs of individuals and groups for over 15 years. I help people deal with day to day life challenges brought on by mental health concerns in our lives, sometimes due to trauma or significant events in our lives. My experience initiated working with multi-ethnic children in foster group homes, adults in the Dallas area, women, and more recently with active duty military personnel. I help my clients process and heal from trauma using various methods to meet each person where they are at. Providing therapy is a privilege for me. I'd love to see if I may be of service to you and your needs right where you are currently in you own life journey. Please schedule a session if you're interested in working together. I look forward to meeting you. Sometimes the best is yet to come.

I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
I am committed to supporting you throughout your healing journey by providing a safe place that is non-judgmental, encouraging, and supportive as you navigate through the difficult moments of your life. Striving to help you gain insight about the problems hindering you from living your best life possible, address unhelpful beliefs, thoughts, and patterns of behavior, and implement new ways of coping through life’s issues. With compassion and understanding, we collaborate to determine the most effective approach to treatment.
If you're feeling sad or depressed, more irritable or angry with those around you, have difficulty bonding with your baby, anxious or panicky, problems sleeping, having upsetting thoughts that you can’t get out of your mind? There is no reason to continue to suffer alone or in silence. We can help walk beside you towards your healing journey.
Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
I am a licensed mental health provider in California, Missouri and Texas and have helped clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and coping with life changes. I believe you are the expert of your story and possess many strengths that can assist you in overcoming challenges. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process.
