My biggest passion has always been to help others, and I am so grateful I can achieve that as a therapist. Helping my clients identify struggles and find new skills for coping makes my work as a therapist very rewarding. My personal life and professional life can often overlap since I value service, holistic healing, spirituality and community. I love animals, and when I'm not with my fur babies Ayla, Lynx and Bandit, I spend some of my free time volunteering at one of the local shelters. I enjoy working out and prioritizing movement to keep myself energized and strong. I deeply enjoy quality time with my husband, our family and friends, as well as growing in my own faith and spirituality.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience across behavioral health, creative spaces, and supervision. My approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and rooted in equity, inclusion, and representation. Whether I’m working with individuals, groups, or future therapists, I focus on helping people make sense of life’s messiness and build strategies that actually feel sustainable and true to who they are. Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and expressive—someone who makes space for the whole you, not just the version that’s holding it all together. I bring a multicultural lens and a background in storytelling and digital strategy, which helps me connect how we move through the world—emotionally, mentally, and creatively. If you’re navigating transition, burnout, relationship shifts, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move forward with clarity, intention, and care.
As your therapist, my role is to create a safe, supportive space, where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement. Together, we will work toward understanding the challenges you are facing and developing tools that empower you to cope, heal, and grow. Therapy can help you gain new perspectives, improve relationships, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in your life. My goal is to walk alongside you in this process so you feel heard, supported, and capable of creating the life you want to live.
Hello. I'm James and I appreciate that you are considering me to be your therapist. The decision to begin therapy for the first time or with a new treatment professional requires strength, courage and commitment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, financial pressures, addiction or any other obstacle that prevents you from living the life that you want, finding the right therapist for you is an important part of getting yourself back to where you would like to be.
I have experienced a variety of obstacles in my own life and personally understand how the therapeutic process can help change your life. This is my second career. While working in manufacturing at a pharmaceutical company, and being a full-time single-parent, I completed my education over a number of years and began working part-time in the field several years prior to my retirement from the pharmaceutical industry in 2012.
I have worked with groups and individuals in a variety of settings. To me, this career is a calling for which my collective life experiences have prepared me. My Masters degrees are in Psychological Counseling, Addictions Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and have worked with people from a number of different cultures, religions and lifestyle orientations. In my own life, I strive for continual personal growth and to nurture my mind body and spirit.
Should you decide to work with me, I will help you to appreciate your strengths and to build on the courage and commitment that brought you to seek changes in your life. My goal is to always help you find ways to be happy in your life and to do it in ways that work for you. If you're willing to do the work, your life WILL get better.
I have been working in the this field for about a decade, after leaving a career in drug and alcohol testing administration. My experience ranges from Case Management, FBMH, Multi-systemic Therapy, Substance Use Disorder treatment, a school-based supervisor to therapist in inner-city school settings and a counselor in alternative education for disruptive youth. Currently I am pursing my PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision while running my solo private practice.

Hello!
My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa.
Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort?
I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!
A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as
I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present.
Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions.
I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.
Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. I approach our work together with warmth, empathy, and evidence-based practices. We shouldn't feel like we need to wait for a crisis to put on our oxygen masks... I've done this too often myself, and learned the hard way. Practicing self-care should be a daily priority, so we're ready to show up for ourselves and for those we hold dear when it matters most.
Validate the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and fully embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically!

Hi, I'm Laura, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Philadelphia. I help motivated adults navigate anxiety and distress, explore and process traumatic or upsetting experiences, and develop skills in self-expression, assertive communication, and boundary setting. I am direct but compassionate; I recognize the balance between providing steady support and gently pushing clients to face challenging issues when they are ready.
I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient care, school-based therapy, partial programs, and community mental health. I work with adolescents and adults ages 13 to 64, and I support clients dealing with anxiety and depression, PTSD, life transitions, neurodivergence (such as autism and ADHD), and women’s mental health concerns.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you—your goals, your strengths, and what you need right now. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Most importantly, I strive to create a warm, genuine, and safe space where you can be yourself and share what’s really going on. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward growth and healing.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people—their inner worlds, their relationships, and their capacity for growth. Before entering the field, I found myself drawn again and again to conversations that went beneath the surface. During my training, I was especially moved by work with individuals navigating complex relational histories, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm. I saw how transformative it could be to have someone really listen—to not just problem-solve, but to bear witness with care. That experience deepened my commitment to relational and psychodynamic therapy, and to creating spaces where healing can happen through insight, connection, and trust. What continues to motivate me is seeing clients uncover strength, hope, or clarity they didn’t realize was there. I believe in therapy not just as a space to “fix” something, but as a way to reconnect with yourself and your agency in the world.
I have over 25 years of experience working with clients to address concerns stemming from anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship issues, career changes, and other various stage-of-life concerns. My clinical area of focus involves Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Stress Management. Through discussion and exploration with you, we will develop a working plan to address your needs and goals.
Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.
