Are you overwhelmed by constant arguments, endless parenting struggles, or the heavy weight of ADHD, neurodiversity, or unresolved identity questions? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults, older teens, couples, and families who are ready to move beyond cycles of conflict and disconnection. I offer an affirming, practical, and lived-experience-grounded space, utilizing a relational and flexible approach—blending analytic insight, somatic awareness, and humor—to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re seeking stronger communication, deeper connection, or relief from the burden of carrying it all alone, my goal is to help you build clarity, resilience, and relationships that truly thrive.
Your first session is a collaborative step focused on understanding what brought you here now — whether it’s ongoing conflict, the weight of neurodiversity struggles, or feeling stuck in old cycles. We’ll take time to explore your story, talk through how therapy works, and begin shaping clear, individualized goals for what “lasting change” and “authentic connection” mean to you. This session is low‑pressure: a chance for you to feel heard, ask questions, and see if the compassionate, relational space I offer feels like the right fit for your journey forward.
My mission is simple: to create a space where authenticity, humor, and care can thrive. In therapy, that means slowing down, getting real, and moving past surface‑level fixes to uncover what truly drives lasting change. My approach is relational and flexible — grounded in analytic insight, somatic awareness, and the belief that being deeply seen in the therapeutic relationship can transform how you connect outside of it.
While my primary focus is working with couples, I also work with adults, older teens (16+), and families (with children 13+) who are ready to move beyond “coping” and into real change. My approach is relational and flexible rooted in modern analytic work, EFT, somatic attunement, and the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a mirror for the relationships in your life.
