In our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's brought you to therapy and what your're hoping will feel different. From there, I'll share tools you can practice between sessions, but we'll always move at a pace that feels right to you. I work especially well with clients who are ready to show up and do the work. If you're looking for a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and a genuine investment in your growth, I'd love to be part of your journey.
I will provide an explanation of what we will work on over the first few weeks of treatment, for example, my therapeutic approach, and an explanation of the essential role of homework assignments to practice each stratregy I will be teaching to the individual/couple.
I am an Empath and researcher for new therapeutic approaches and modalities, a soulful nurturer, humorous, kind, and an enthusiastic guide to my clients.
I work best with clients who are engaging, eager and are ready to work on themselves. I offer a multitude of treatment modalities for my clients to choose from to feel mentally healthy. I especially enjoy seeing a client's self-awareness come alive throughout their therapy journey. I enjoy writing about mental health topics on an online platform. My clients expect homework assignments to practice the tools we have discussed in the therapy session.

I have a Certification for Couple Sex Therapy-Informed Professionals as of September 2025. Sex therapy is one of my favorite modalities because it allows clients to explore intimacy, desire, communication, and relational safety in a way that is both healing and empowering. In outpatient therapy, I help clients and couples understand the emotional, psychological, and relational factors that influence their sexual wellbeing, while creating a space where vulnerability feels welcomed rather than judged. I support clients in identifying barriers to intimacy, unpacking shame‑based narratives, improving communication about needs and boundaries, and strengthening the connection between emotional closeness and physical intimacy. Through education, exploration, and gentle skill‑building, I offer clients a path toward a more confident, connected, and fulfilling sexual relationship with themselves and their partners.
I have a Certification as a Clinicial Service Provider for Adult ADHD. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with my Outpatient Therapy clients to help them identify the thoughts, beliefs, and interpretations that shape their emotional and behavioral responses. Together, we slow things down, examine patterns that keep them stuck, and practice replacing rigid or unhelpful thoughts with more balanced, compassionate ones. I integrate structured tools—like thought records, behavioral experiments, and coping‑skill practice—to help clients build insight and develop practical strategies they can use between sessions. CBT becomes a collaborative, skills‑based approach that empowers clients to understand their inner dialogue and make intentional changes that support healthier functioning and emotional well‑being.
Couples therapy is one of my most enjoyable and meaningful modalities because it allows me to help partners rediscover connection, safety, and emotional clarity together. In outpatient sessions, I guide couples in slowing down reactive patterns, naming unmet needs, and practicing healthier communication that feels authentic rather than performative. I help each partner understand their own emotional triggers while also learning to attune to the other’s inner world, creating a space where both can be heard without defensiveness or blame. Through structured dialogue, gentle exploration of attachment dynamics, and collaborative skill‑building, I support couples in strengthening trust, deepening intimacy, and building a relationship that feels more resilient and aligned with the life they want to create together.
I use Person‑Centered Therapy by creating a space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and valued without judgment. I follow their pace, honor their lived experience, and trust their inner wisdom to guide the work. My role is to offer genuine empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authentic presence so clients can safely explore their emotions, clarify their needs, and reconnect with their own capacity for growth. Rather than directing or prescribing, I collaborate with clients to help them access the insight, resilience, and self‑leadership already within them, allowing meaningful change to emerge from their own internal process.
I use Psychodynamic Therapy with outpatient clients by gently helping them understand how past experiences shape their present emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns. Early sessions focus on building safety and trust so clients feel comfortable exploring their inner world. You pay close attention to themes that emerge in their stories, the defenses they use to protect themselves, and the unconscious beliefs that may be influencing their current struggles.
