I take an integrative approach that focuses heavily on wellness and the interconnectedness of physical and mental health.
Prior to my 15 years in the mental health field, I spent 15 years in Operations Management with Walmart Logistics. I returned to school in my early 40s, earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, then spent the next several years working towards my license. During that time I worked in a variety of settings including outpatient and community mental health, intensive family services, and most recently private practice. In addition to my years of experience in the mental health field, I have decades of work and life experiences that have shaped my ability to be a knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. I have supported clients of all ages and backgrounds. I provide affirming, non-discriminatory care to all individuals and I work to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you can seek to be your happiest and healthiest self. My name is Dr. Arnold Tilden and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Early on, we will set goals for our counseling and regularly check our progress. We work as partners in reaching our goals. My approach, although eclectic, is influenced by Albert Ellis and his Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy or REBT. The central concept is that our thinking (Rational) influences our emotions (Emotive), which drives or behavior.
Are you feeling depressed or anxious? Struggling to make sense of your relationships? Let me help!
Hello, I’m Mike McInerney, a part-time private therapist for adults. I have been counseling adults and families for more than 20 years.
Maybe you found me searching for online counseling services or maybe you were referred here by a friend or family member. First and foremost, I wish you well. Life is full of challenges and we could all use a little help.
Currently, I am open to working with a small handful of clients online on Mondays/Tuesdays. My approach is inviting, and warm, and I use humor if/when appropriate. Working with a therapist should be tailored to meet your needs.
Some people need a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Other people prefer a more solution-focused approach. Working together, we will figure out what is best for you.
Please feel free to contact me. (Responses are typically in 48hrs)

Hello and welcome! Slow down and turn inward with me, if you'd like, moving beneath surface thoughts into the deeper layers where lasting change begins. Rather than staying in your head, we’ll bring gentle awareness to your body and emotions, exploring what arises at the edge of your comfort zone — like in yoga, where growth happens at the stretch point but never with force. This is a safe, compassionate space for you to feel, notice, and work with what’s ready to shift. My approach is both deep and gentle, helping you access and release what has long been held so you can live with more ease, presence, and wholeness.

I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a practical mindset, helping individuals explore challenges while building effective coping strategies. My work focuses on collaboration, insight, and meaningful change. I believe therapy should empower clients with tools and perspective that help them navigate stress, emotional difficulties, and life transitions with greater confidence and resilience.
For many years, I worked as a retail manager, where I gained valuable insight into human behavior, conflict resolution, and the importance of mentoring others through life's challenges. Those experiences taught me that every person has a unique story, and with the right support and perspective, they can discover the strength and wisdom they already possess. I approach each person with honesty, compassion, an open mind, and a willingness to think outside the box. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I believe in helping people uncover the answers that align with their own journey, empowering them to recognize their strengths and make meaningful connections that foster growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's questions and challenges. Drawing from both my professional background and my own lived experiences, I strive to provide guidance, encouragement, and a safe space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.
My style of therapy is one of an eclectic approach that allows me to utilize appropriate interventions based on the needs of each person. I have worked with adolescents and adults in residential/crisis treatment centers, colleges, community mental health facilities, and substance use treatment centers. I have experience with clients diagnosed with severe mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, intellectual disabilities, anxiety, and interpersonal issues. I work with individuals ages 14 and up, who are either coming to therapy for the first time or would like to continue therapy to work on their personal goals.
I am a Licensed Social Worker who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life changes, develop healthy skills, and feel empowered to achieve their personal goals. I work with clients to identify patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that are negatively impacting their lives through a person-centered and strengths-based approach.
I can see clients virtually that live in PA.

I consider myself an eclectic psychotherapist. I believe that no one individual is the same as another, therefore treatment should be personalized. Based on where the individual is at and their goals for life and goals for therapy will determine what technique I will use. Techniques may change from session to session. Some techniques I use include, but not limited to, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
People seek therapy for a variety of reasons and seek therapy at different stages in their lives. My therapeutic approach begins with meeting the individual where he/she is currently. Each person and their situation are unique which is why I am a strong believer that person centered is the best approach as therapy is not one size fits all.
I value developing a therapeutic relationship with each individual that I provide services. My goal is to allow the individual to feel comfortable in each session as a result of me offering respect and empathy, being able to accept, and being genuine and authentic. In return I ask that each person is committed to the process and honest throughout.
Taking the steps to seek therapy is the first step to seeking change. If you’re ready to take that step, I am here to guide and support you.

That is where therapy can help.

I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

"True success is the predictable result of hard work, patience, sacrifice & learning put into practice everyday." - Unknown
Hey there! Thank you for sliding on past my profile and the above quote is essential to not only my mindset in how I approach everyday as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) but also how I want to assist in creating a space for my clients. I am currently based in Pennsylvania & have over 10 years of experience working with an array of clients. I have helped many from young adults to older adults take a deep dive within themselves to challenge thoughts, perspectives and beliefs that create a mental and emotional limitation on becoming a more empowered and improved version of themselves. My goal is to respectfully challenge and guide clientele to look within themselves since they are the best expert on their own life and choices so that they can discover the innate skills and abilities that can take them to higher heights within their situations and lives.
Seeking counseling can be a overwhelming and anxiety producing experience, beyond "the why" of what brought you here. Building a relationship of trust to be vulnerable with a complete stranger is one of the hardest things we can do as humans. Chronic stress stemming from past experiences and intergenerational trauma/stress can be deeply ingrained, often creating complex internal connections and attachment patterns. In partnership with my clients, I assist them in emerging from within themselves with increased positive connections, self image, and self forgiveness, a focus on their life goals. When we work together the aim is to assist you in finding balance, clarity and focus for your life goals through a lens of healing.
Hi there, I’m Elizabeth! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults. I’m passionate about helping people navigate challenges, break through patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and create meaningful change. Through our work together, we’ll explore the thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts and feelings, we’ll work toward changing your relationship with them so they feel less overwhelming and have less power over how you live your life.
