About me

Hi! I'm an African American female licensed provider in the state of PA. I have obtained an LPC, (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2022 and CAADC, (Certified Advanced Addiction Counselor) in 2019. Having worked with individuals with mental health diagnosis for over 20 years pre-licensure, and over 4 years post-licensure, I started my own private practive in 2023 called Served with Love Foundation. I also provide services on the Grow & BetterHelp platforms. I am humble, compassionate, teachable, and non-judgmental provider. I absolutely invest in each and every client I have the honor to provide my care for and take my assignment seriously. I always ask for feedback after every session, so I can improve and be a more sufficent provider to meet your needs right where you are at. So, please leave a review after our sessions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then, at your pace, we can explore specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I help people struggling with mental health disorders and challenges in life to become the best versions of themselves. I am a certified CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, provider, however, I like to tailor each modality according to the client's individualized needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with individuals with mental health diagnosis for over 20 years pre-licensure, and over 4 years post-licensure, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) to identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) to create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support individuals navigating overwhelming life transitions and emotional crises especially those who are used to being the strong one and don’t always have space to fall apart. As a Black therapist, I understand minority discrimination in different cultues, gender, race, sexual identity, and avocate for clients. I work with clients who are dealing with stress, identity concerns, and pressure in ways that aren’t always understood in traditional therapy spaces. I help clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a breaking point find clarity, stability, and a way forward. I work with people in crisis who want more than just a place to vent—they want guidance, grounding, and practical support in making decisions.

Im glad to have met Rochelle. I think she's forward straight to the point, But very genuinely involved in helping to solve the issue. She also add the humor so you can feel welcomed and at ease. That's a great tactic for me because I DON"T like expressing my feelings or thought to a stranger. Glad we're no longer strangers . I believe that this is a great fit for me and I look forward to our sessions. Thank you Ro.
