Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I received my Masters from Bryn Mawr College and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults and couples struggling with relationship difficulty, low self-esteem and life transitions.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
Having worked with adults and couples for the past 8 years, I've supported patients in further understanding underlying forces that contribute to challenges in their relationships, as well as how to move forward in cultivating relationships that feel secure.
Ideal clients
I love working with adults and couples who are having difficulty in relationships. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their relationships.

At moments in our lives, we may find ourselves trying to survive complicated relationships and experiences. Through identifying patterns and giving language to personal experiences, we can develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the ways our brains and bodies survive the world around us. I help facilitate a space where individuals and partners can show up as their full selves and create new paths toward connection, self-worth, agency and meaning. I support my clients in better understanding how past trauma, attachment, and relational patterns show up within themselves and their relationships.
