Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I received my Masters from Bryn Mawr College and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults and couples struggling with relationship difficulty, low self-esteem and life transitions. I believe that tapping into our emotional world and understanding the past can aide using moving forward in present.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with adults and couples for the past 8 years, I've supported patients in further understanding underlying forces that contribute to challenges in their relationships, as well as how to move forward in cultivating relationships that feel secure.
I love working with adults and couples who are having difficulty in relationships. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their relationships.
