Welcome! My name is Amy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families. Using a person center, humanistic approach my goal is to create a warm and nurturing environment to support my clients in identifying and working through barriers to a fulfilling and joyful life.
In our first session we will start with introductions then move onto what expectations you have of therapy and what you hope to gain by meeting with me.
I understand that each person's experience is unique to them. I approach each session with compassion and an eagerness to support you in your work to happiness and peace.
I love working with women who are at transitional periods in their lives.
Through CBT therapy I support clients in recognizing the power they have to change their negative thought patterns.
Helping my clients set goals, while focusing on their inante intuition and reslience to increase fullfimment in their lives.
