I work with people who have experienced stress and trauma and are ready to heal and grow. I am an empathic, supportive therapist who utilizes therapeutic tools to empower my clients to lead more fulfilling lives. Many of my clients are women who identify as Black or Latino and have a history of childhood trauma or are in difficult relationships with their partners or family. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.

My experience in the behavioral health field began in 2010 with work in various settings: Group housing, therapeutic support within a preschool setting, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient counseling. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Seton Hall University. I am also trained in trauma-informed care. I seek to create a safe, calming environment for all of my clients.
