I'm Trish — a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, and the kind of stuck feeling that can seem impossible to explain to someone who hasn't lived it. My background is deep in complex, high-stakes mental health work, and I bring that clinical grounding into a private practice setting that feels nothing like a clinical office. I work with adults who are genuinely ready to understand themselves better and make real changes. If you're looking for someone who will listen carefully and also tell you the truth, you're in the right place. I also accept several major insurance plans, so therapy doesn't have to mean a full out-of-pocket commitment.
Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.

Over the past 17 years as a therapist, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping clients find and fulfill their personal and professional goals. Here’s a detailed description of the methods and principles I’ve employed to facilitate this journey. Establishing a strong therapeutic and trusting relationship is foundational in therapy. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings. By actively listening and showing empathy, I help clients feel understood and valued encouraging openness and honesty and by collaborative goal setting I work closely with clients to help identify their goals. I also guide clients through self-assessments to help them articulate their desires and aspirations. I have successfully guided countless clients in finding and fulfilling their goals, helping them navigate their unique journeys with confidence.
Being a therapist has seemed like a natural progression for me. I have always been able to easily relate to others and meet them where they are. I have taken my own struggles and used them to help make myself stronger and be able to gain insight into how to help others who may be struggling. I think anyone can benefit through the self-exploration that comes with therapy. I find it rewarding to see the progress people are capable of and to help them see the progress themselves.
I have many years of experience working with children and families as well as adults and couples. I have worked with individuals and families with children as young as 3 with a variety of concerns. I love what I do, and I know why I do it. Since 2007 my focus has been coming along side of people and assisting them with challenges they face in life to become the most authentic and genuine person they were meant to be. In my own journey I've come to accept and appreciate the gifts I've been given, even if they're seemingly unrelated. I love my work as a therapist and I will always be passionate about performing music. How the two coexist within me is the journey I'm on. My focus has been in becoming a better therapist each day ... but I also know I'll never stop playing guitar and performing music, it's part of who I am.
