I have always felt a deep connection to Human Services since the day my siblings came to me for advice on whatever problems they had. That personal experience fueled my pursuit of a career in counseling and therapy. My credentials include a Master's in Human Services, licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, National Certified Counselor certification, a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, and Ph.D. candidate with an emphasis on relationship dynamics. For over 40 years, I have been blessed with opportunities to serve as a clinician across diverse settings, including Child Welfare, Criminal Justice, Education, the Corporate Sector, and Military Family Life (all branches). I pride myself in being an instrument that provides a genuine, safe space for clients to embrace who they are while welcoming change, operating with the core belief that “everything starts and ends with the individual". On a personal note, I have been married for the past 42 years to the most "incredible man" who is also my business partner, and I have 4 adult children with 4 grandchildren. **If my availability doesn't match the day or time you need, feel free to message me, and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

The transition to parenthood and constant changes once you’re there are some of the most transformative experiences a person can go through during their life. This time is both beautiful and stressful. Whether it’s your first or your fifth+ child, in today’s world, almost all of us- both moms and dads- can benefit from some additional support in the years of pregnancy and raising children. My practice aims to assist you through all of the normal and abnormal challenges of this time that is short-lived but has long-lasting impacts on ourselves and our families. While each individual and family is unique in their needs and ways that they grow, common goals achieved in counseling include feeling more connected to yourself, your baby or child, and your partner; changing unhealthy family patterns you don’t want to repeat from past generations; feeling more confident in yourself as a parent and partner; improving work-life balance; feeling more supported and less alone; developing your unique identity as a parent and embracing this stage of life; and improving persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and feeling overwhelmed. If you are struggling, want to better support a partner who is struggling, or would just like to utilize this uniquely powerful time in your life to become more of the person you want to be, I would love to meet you.

My practice is rooted in approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-based care. As someone who has worked across hospice, schools, behavioral health, and family systems, I know that healing looks different for everyone. Hi, I’m Angela, a licensed clinical social worker who’s all about creating a space where you can just be real. Life gets heavy sometimes, and whether you're feeling anxious, burned out, stuck in a relationship pattern, or weighed down by past experiences, I’m here to help you sort through it without judgment. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, explore the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and build tools that actually make a difference day to day. Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and challenged in all the right ways. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and honest. Hello there, I'm so glad you are here! I get it...You’re someone who has carried far too much for far too long, maybe a trauma survivor, a people‑pleasing millennial, an LGBTQIA+ adult, or a neurodivergent human trying to navigate identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. You might feel pulled in a dozen directions at once, exhausted by perfectionism, hyper‑responsibility, or the pressure to be “the strong one.” Your challenges may include chronic self‑criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected from your own needs, or struggling to relax even when you’ve earned rest. My name is Alissa, I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in supporting trauma survivors, people-pleasing millennials, LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodivergent folks navigating identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. My work blends parts‑based approaches, somatic awareness, and strengths‑focused care to help you understand your inner world, soften self‑criticism, and build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself (and in partnerships.) I offer an affirming, collaborative space where EVERY part of you is welcome, especially the ones carrying exhaustion, tenderness, or stories that deserve gentleness. I frequently incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies but I also enjoy using creative therapeutic activities that strengthen self efficacy and personal insight. I am defiantly on the crafty side and I love art wellness projects. I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My graduate work included an emphasis on cultural competency, echo-therapy, and urban regional development. My passion for this field is rooted in increasing access to culturally responsive mental health care and supporting people of all backgrounds in navigating therapy with comfort, empowerment, and authenticity. I am committed to creating a safe and affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe therapy should be accessible, culturally informed, and grounded in meaningful change.

Hi! I'm Mattie. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling & Psychology from Eastern University in 2018, with a concentration in Trauma Studies. Since then, I’ve worked across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of clinical needs and levels of acuity. My areas of focus include trauma, substance use disorders, grief & loss, personality disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders, and experience working with significant emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring medical and psychiatric concerns. My experience in higher levels of care has given me extensive experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, safety concerns, and acute instability. I’ve worked closely with multidisciplinary teams when clients required a higher level of support and helped individuals regain stability while moving toward meaningful recovery. I’ve also facilitated and developed therapeutic groups, contributed to program development and clinical programming, and helped create and coordinate structured program schedules across multiple levels of care. My approach draws from evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I have been in private practice for 7 years. I have been in the mental health field in varying capacities for over 20 years. I am working on creating a space to incorporate other animals such as goats, chickens, donkeys, horses, and a cow into sessions for clients who so choose to access this. I also am working to incorporate other aspects of agriculture such as working with dirt and planting/growing things for clients who feel they might benefit from grounding experiences. I have a sand tray that I also can incorporate in sessions. I support the LGBTQ+ community, and work to create safe spaces for all of my clients. I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals with borderline personality disorder, psychosis treatment, helping family members of individuals with symptoms of psychosis, and support for anxiety and depression. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lock Haven University and have worked in group homes, partial hospitalization programs, women’s centers, and community-based mental health clinics. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy. I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized education and training in trauma-informed care. I believe most human suffering stems from the stress and trauma of existing within oppressive societal systems that seek to disconnect us from ourselves and others. I am deeply committed to examining, dismantling, and providing space to heal from these destructive systems. The therapeutic relationship should offer a safe environment to process chronic stress and trauma, explore the survival strategies you have developed, and build new skills that serve your present life. I am particularly interested in the mind-body connection—specifically regarding chronic stress and the nervous system—and I continually integrate somatic practices into my work with clients. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how crucial it can be to find a therapist who understands the unique experience of navigating a heteronormative world. I have experience working in gender-affirming and HIV+ healthcare settings with trans, non-binary, gay, lesbian, and queer clients. I am dedicated to providing intersectional care across race, class, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, disability status, and all other identities. This means I will always consider how your various identities interact and influence how you move through and are treated in this world. If you are interested in a free 15-minute phone consultation, please schedule your first session with at least a week's notice so that we have time to connect. I will reach out prior to the scheduled appointment. I offer sliding scale (for private-pay clients) and weekend time slots on an as-needed basis, which we can discuss during the phone consultation.

How much of your life is spent waiting to feel confident enough to live it? I’m Fred, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life stress. My practice is direct, collaborative, and practical. I draw primarily from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches. A lot of people come to therapy believing they need more confidence, more clarity, or more certainty before they can move forward. Often, confidence is built differently: by learning to act, adapt, and make meaningful decisions even while doubt, anxiety, and difficult emotions are still present. Together, we’ll work on changing the patterns that keep you stuck and building the flexibility and confidence to move toward the life you want.

Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.

Hi! I’m Jess! I’ve been a licensed counselor for almost 20 years, and I’ve truly loved the opportunity to walk alongside so many different people through the various times of life. One of my favorite parts of the work is getting to know someone in those early conversations. I genuinely enjoy hearing your story, learning what has brought you to therapy, and understanding the experiences that have shaped you. There’s something meaningful about getting to know the person behind the struggles they’re bringing into the room. I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to explore the possibility of change. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you certainly don’t have to know exactly what needs to change before you begin. Sometimes it’s enough to recognize that something isn’t working the way you hoped and to feel ready—or even just curious—to see what might be different. My hope is that therapy can become a place where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged as you begin to imagine what life could look like when things start to shift.

I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination. While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans. The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.

I’m Alea Frazier, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes extensive work in grief and loss, anger management, depression, and anxiety, but what truly matters is how those experiences connect to you. Therapy with me isn’t about labels or checklists, it’s about creating a safe, real space where you don’t have to “perform” or have it all figured out. My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and honest. I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate pain, discover their strengths, and move toward lasting growth.
