Meet Atrews Bell, LMHC
Atrews Bell, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and life challenges. His approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
Throughout his career, Atrews has worked with individuals facing complex and challenging circumstances, including crisis situations, behavioral health concerns, substance use, and major life transitions. These experiences have given him a unique perspective on the many factors that can affect a person's emotional well-being—and the importance of creating a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can be honest about what they are experiencing.
Since 2023, Atrews has served as a Regional Mental Health Manager with Armor Correctional Services, providing leadership and oversight for behavioral health programming and clinical operations. Previously, he served as Mental Health Director at the St. Johns County Jail in St. Augustine, Florida, where he supervised a multidisciplinary behavioral health team and developed crisis-management treatment plans and quality-improvement initiatives.
His professional experience has also included developing re-entry programming and substance-use follow-up planning designed to help individuals successfully transition back into their communities. These experiences have strengthened his understanding of resilience, recovery, accountability, and the importance of having the right support system during difficult seasons of life.
As a therapist, Atrews brings both clinical experience and genuine compassion to his work. He understands that reaching out for counseling can be a significant step, and he strives to meet each client where they are without judgment. Whether you are working through stress, emotional challenges, relationship concerns, substance-use issues, life transitions, or simply want to better understand yourself, Atrews is committed to helping you identify your strengths, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Hi I'm Fabyonne,
Our stressors, which can include hectic lives, and often overwhelming schedules, can keep us from living our very best life. Do you wish you could just check out of the matrix and reset if only for a moment? Well, I am here to help you do just that.
I am both an LPC and MFT and for this reason, I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities and resources to help you regain a sense of control when life feels chaotic. Granting you the space to verbally process all the answers (which by the way have been placed inside you) necessary to heal and deal with all life throws your way.
As a clinician trained in EFT and EMDR accompanied by being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I lean into trauma informed care, attachment and family systems.
My history includes a 25-year teaching career and a slow transition to a full-time therapist in the last 8 years. The classroom experience is where I learned the foundational structure and hands-on impact of counseling (as teachers are literally everything to everybody).
My education includes a Bachelors in Elementary Education, a Masters in Professional Leadership, a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling with a concentration in Traumatology.

My name is Sonja Allardyce, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Pennsylvania. I have 12 years of professional experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, issues with motivation and self-esteem, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and meaningful life, and taking the first steps can be challenging. I am here to support and empower you as you move forward on your journey toward healing and positive change.
Do you feel overwhelmed these days? Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? In your family, does the caretaking always fall to you? Are you experiencing depression and anxiety in reaction to either a past trauma and/or burnout from stress? I work with women who are experiencing what I like to call "multiple-role fatigue". I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with more than 16 years of professional counseling experience. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a psychotherapist who works with a diverse population of people. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to assist them in achieving their therapy goal(S). Some examples of my experience include working with individual clients on developing skills in coping with mental health conditions/diagnosis, life stress, finding balance, and improving self-esteem. Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
If you are ready to make positive changes in your life I am here to help with that journey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. Now I focus on individual therapy with the adult population on many different concerns whether that be life style changes, self-esteem, work/life balance, relationships, trauma, stress management, anxiety, depression, etc. My approach to therapy is person centered (you led the way in terms of what you would like to address in therapy). I like to teach relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness as well cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) as a way to help you identify triggers, emotions, thoughts, and behavior so you can learn how to reframe thoughts, manage emotions, and modify behaviors. I also have specialized training in gambling addiction and incorporate CBT-based approaches in my work.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Mennonite University and my master’s degree in clinical social work from George Mason University. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief and loss, peer relationships, school issues, and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, strength-based practices, and stress management techniques. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and heard while building resilience and developing effective coping skills to manage emotional distress.
Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.
