I love what I do, and I know why I do it. Since 2007 my focus has been coming along side of people and assisting them with challenges they face in life to become the most authentic and genuine person they were meant to be. In my own journey I've come to accept and appreciate the gifts I've been given, even if they're seemingly unrelated. I love my work as a therapist and I will always be passionate about performing music. How the two coexist within me is the journey I'm on. My focus has been in becoming a better therapist each day ... but I also know I'll never stop playing guitar and performing music, it's part of who I am.

Hello and welcome!
My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed LPC with over twenty years of experience working in clinical, school, and home settings. I recognize the increasing complexity of modern life. With each year, we accumulate more experiences, both positive and negative, that we are expected to process while "keeping it all together" and "getting it all done". I have a Master's Degree in Education from West Chester University, which I enthusiastically use to help my clients learn to thrive in our challenging world. I view every client relationship as a unique opportunity to serve as a positive and impactful influence that inspires lasting and meaningful change. As a parent, daughter, caregiver, sibling, and partner, I understand the pressure and expectations of modern relationships and the flexibility needed to manage daily struggles while staying motivated, focused, and stable. Similar to many of the clients I work with, I recognize that even the good days are exhausting and demanding. My ideal client is someone ready to choose to show up for themselves and engage in the process of self-transformation to create the outcomes they desire. You deserve to become the best version of yourself. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on this journey.
I specialize in treating adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety; depression; trauma; PTSD; grief/loss; relationship problems; transition difficulties; substance abuse; or if you just feel stuck.
I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including private practice, community mental health, the school system, and government/military mental health.
I'm so glad you took the first step and started looking for help. I look forward to helping you make the change that will enable you to find the joy in the simple things and live a more rewarding and fulfilling life.
I’m Cindy, a psychotherapist who believes that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves. I work with individuals struggling with addiction and its impact on loved ones, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and those navigating life’s transitions or searching for a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
Sometimes we repeat patterns that no longer serve us, carrying negative beliefs about ourselves without fully understanding where they came from. Together, we can explore those patterns, uncover their origins, and begin to see ourselves and our lives differently.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I believe that feeling safe enough to be honest about who we are, including the parts we’d rather hide, is essential to healing. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know where to begin.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, recovering from painful experiences, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, discover new possibilities, and build a life you no longer feel the need to escape from.
Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors.
I am grateful that I can work to help individuals navigate the evolving nature of their lives by providing unconditional positive regard, encouragement, and supportive guidance.
As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, focusing on your specific needs to help you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood without judgment. I work with people navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship struggles, grief, and the overwhelm of a disordered life. My clients are often ready to establish more balance but feel stuck, unsure of how to cope or manage themselves and their relationships. I’m here to help you build the tools to make that balance a reality.
I draw from a flexible mix of approaches, tailored to you. This includes evidence-based trauma methods—like trauma-focused therapy—alongside client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing. Whether we’re addressing painful memories or finding practical ways to improve communication, I adjust my style to fit what you need most.
As of 1/7/2025 only accepting individual clients for new referrals!
My passion is working with children, teenagers, young adults, couples and families to process trauma and difficult experiences so they can experience growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. Through my work with individuals and family's I have learned the deep importance of understanding "what has happened" to people rather than viewing people through the lens of "what is wrong with people". Likewise, the importance of understanding one's family of origin and how this shapes our views of people and the world and impacts how we relate with people and navigate our world. I work from a relational, psychodynamic, family-systems, trauma-informed, and neurobiological perspective. Feel free to reach out for more information!

I really enjoy talking about life in general and I hope to bring that to the therapy. I look at sessions like a conversation about psychology while providing structure to achieve goals. Hi there!
My name is Iris and I am a Masters-level clinician who is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology.
If you are looking for a therapist who who can be both a cheerleader and a challenger, look no further.
I approach my work from a psychodynamic perspective, meaning I try to help clients explore the deeper roots that keep them stuck in unhelpful patterns or self-destructive behaviors. I view this as a collaborative process where I merge my wisdom and expertise of psychology with the wisdom and expertise I believe people have on themselves - whether or not they are currently aware of it. I strive to cultivate a genuine therapeutic relationship where exploration of the past and present can occur safely and all parts of one's self can be witnessed and addressed without judgement.
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my German Shepherd, Dozier, creative writing, reading, being outdoors, lifting weights, spending time with friends, and traveling.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!
