I’ve been working with my therapist for the past six months, and it’s been a truly transformative experience. She is incredibly kind, warm, and compassionate, creating a safe space where I feel heard and understood. We’ve been using EMDR to work through trauma, and her approach has been both empowering and deeply supportive. What stands out most is her non-judgmental presence—she listens without ever making me feel anything but respected and validated.
