Nastassja Hanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and founder of Lumen Counseling LLC. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School and provides virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania. Nastassja works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, self-esteem and identity concerns, spiritual and religious issues, and life transitions. Her clinical background includes outpatient, college, substance use, and family-based mental health settings, providing experience working with individuals facing both complex and everyday challenges.
Nastassja’s approach is thoughtful, analytical, compassionate, and practical. She believes effective therapy goes beyond simply talking about what is difficult. Therapy should help clients understand the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical skills and new ways of responding. Treatment is individualized based on each client’s history, strengths, needs, and goals and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Positive Psychology, and attachment-based approaches.
By combining structured, evidence-based interventions with a flexible, collaborative, and client-centered approach, Nastassja seeks to address concerns with both compassion and precision. Her goal is not only to help clients experience symptom relief, but also to develop greater insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and make intentional, values-driven decisions that support meaningful and fulfilling lives. For clients who desire Christian counseling, Nastassja integrates a biblical Christian worldview with evidence-based psychological care.
Hi! I’m Jess! I’ve been a licensed counselor for almost 20 years, and I’ve truly loved the opportunity to walk alongside so many different people through the various times of life.
One of my favorite parts of the work is getting to know someone in those early conversations. I genuinely enjoy hearing your story, learning what has brought you to therapy, and understanding the experiences that have shaped you. There’s something meaningful about getting to know the person behind the struggles they’re bringing into the room.
I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to explore the possibility of change. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you certainly don’t have to know exactly what needs to change before you begin. Sometimes it’s enough to recognize that something isn’t working the way you hoped and to feel ready—or even just curious—to see what might be different.
My hope is that therapy can become a place where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged as you begin to imagine what life could look like when things start to shift.
I am dedicated to helping adults navigate their struggles with anxiety and depression by providing consistent support through weekly or bi-weekly sessions. These sessions offer a structured and safe space for clients to explore their emotions, identify patterns, and develop effective coping strategies. By working together regularly, we can make meaningful progress in managing symptoms, building resilience, and enhancing overall well-being. My goal is to empower clients to regain control over their lives and cultivate a sense of peace and balance. I know what it is like to feel out of control of your own life. Let's work together to put you back in the driver's seat!
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re struggling with self-esteem, stress, anxiety, or depression. You don’t have to face these times alone. In session, I will help you identify your personal strengths and develop strategies that create real, lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. I have been practicing for about 5 years now, but have worked in the mental health field for 8 years. I will support you in developing skills and different ways of thinking that you can use to navigate through daily life challenges and experiences you may encounter.
Hello! My name is Zach Soohy. I am a PA licensed mental health counselor and have worked with clients in several mental health fields for the last 9 years. I own, operate, and counsel through my own LLC practice (Forged Through Adversity LLC) that specializes in helping clients work through trauma, abuse, grief, ADHD, and self-worth/self-esteem issues, though I also have worked with many other kinds of mental health and addiction-based issues as well. I look forward to helping you as well if you desire! I understand that the decision to seek mental health counseling is often a challenging one for many people, but simply by considering it, you have taken a very positive step towards improving your life in noticeable and meaningful ways.
If anxiety, chronic pain, health concerns, or other life challenges have changed your life and you’re tired of not feeling like yourself, I’m here to help. I’m a licensed mental health counselor with nearly two decades of experience supporting others through life’s challenges.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in management and supervision within the medical field. Helping others was always the most meaningful part of my work, which led me to a second career in counseling. I bring a broad perspective and understanding of both the personal and practical challenges people face.
Hi, I'm Stephanie – your partner on a path to a brighter you.
If anxiety, depression, or life's twists have you in their grip, remember, you're not alone. I blend Person-Centered Therapy's wisdom with CBT and DBT tools, tailoring them to build your unique path to growth.

Everyone deserves a journey of self-healing and self-discovery. In fact, allowing yourself to blossom is the avenue to experiencing self-love and meaningful connections with others.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years, but started researching and seeking methods of healing since my early teens. I attended the University of California, San Diego, followed by Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, studying Clinical Psychology, Critical Gender Studies, and Transpersonal Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EFT Practitioner.
I have experience assisting individuals with a range of issues including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, addictions, end of life issues, and issues related to discrimination and marginalization. I am an experienced therapist, supervisor, and group facilitator in various settings. I have also instructed Graduate Level Psychology students, teaching courses on Transforming Addictions and Multicultural and Diversity Issues in Counseling.
Most people don't need more advice. They need clarity.
I'm Josh, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience helping adults cut through the noise — the overthinking, the emotional cycles, the stuck feeling that tells you something has to change. My approach is direct and practical: we figure out what's actually going on, build a concrete plan, and get to work.
Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating a rough stretch, or just ready to operate differently, I'll give you real tools — not just a space to vent. If you're ready to move, so am I.

Over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety ADHD, trauma-related issues etc. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on the identified needs and goals.
Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth.
I also support South Asian women navigating the complexities of overlapping cultural or familial expectations. Together, we honor the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
I’m Dr. George Villarose, a licensed psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, and high-functioning autism. I also help clients navigate life stressors, including relationship difficulties, work and vocational concerns, and chronic pain. My experience conducting vocational evaluations has given me a deeper understanding of how emotional and cognitive challenges can affect work and daily life.
I bring a warm, collaborative style to therapy, grounded in empathy and careful listening. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and practical problem solving to help clients make meaningful changes.
I am a therapist with 10 years of experience in the field, with specialties in treatment of trauma, anxiety, and grief. I also practice utilization of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure, along with experience in use of mindfulness, emotional tolerance and person-centered techniques with my clients. I've worked in community mental health for much of my career, so I have had experience with clients who had struggled with challenges such as housing insecurity, incarceration and addiction and complex grief. I also enjoy working with people who face challenges with self-image and relational trauma through education on boundaries and healthy communication as well as self-advocacy.
As a holistic therapist, I believe real change happens when you feel understood, supported, and given practical tools that fit your life. I’m down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely curious about what makes you *you*. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want—one step at a time. I am not a "blank slate" therapist and will both feel with you and for you when you are in a tough situation. While I consider myself a safe and nonjudgmental person, I will challenge you once we have built a relationship to ensure you are focused on your growth.

I want to support clients in recognizing and building on their strengths and regaining a sense of hope and control in their lives, so that they can go on to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. I am a therapist who specializes in helping individuals manage and overcome social and relationship anxiety. Whether you struggle with social interactions, fear of judgment, or difficulty navigating relationships, I understand how challenging these experiences can be. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood while working through the barriers that hold you back from living more fully and authentically.
In our work together, I focus on building a solid foundation of self-awareness and self-compassion. We'll explore the root causes of your anxiety and identify negative thought patterns that may be contributing to your stress in social situations. By gaining insight into how anxiety affects your thinking and behavior, we can work together to challenge these unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier, more realistic perspectives. I also teach practical tools and techniques to help you manage anxiety in the moment, such as mindfulness, grounding exercises, and relaxation strategies.
Hi there! I'm so glad you're taking this step toward your mental well-being. My name is Paige, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs. Starting the journey of self-discovery and healing is a courageous step and big decision, and I'm here to offer compassionate support along the way.

I specialize in mental health therapy tailored for women and femme-identified clients, focusing on issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, a history of trauma and life transitions. Please note that my practice does not address substance use disorders, facilitate couples/family counseling or work with children. If you're seeking support for concerns within my expertise, I am here to help you navigate and enhance your mental well-being in a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic environment.
Your journey is unique, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you discover a path that feels right for you
**I do not provide documentation or prescriptions for Emotional Support Animals (ESA)**
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational, trauma-informed approach to healing. My work integrates evidence-based practices—including CBT and mindfulness-based strategies—with thoughtful insight to help clients move out of survival mode and into greater self-trust and stability.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Our sessions are a space to slow down, untangle patterns, and build tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship challenges, we’ll work collaboratively to understand what’s shaped your story and develop new ways of responding with clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room while also offering honest feedback and actionable strategies. You can expect to feel supported — and gently challenged — in ways that foster growth.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself and empowered to build a life aligned with your values, not your past pain.
Hi, I’m Tiffany and I’m so glad that you are here. Making the decision to start therapy can feel overwhelming and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while we explore potentially uncomfortable topics. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and collaborative environment where you will feel supported and understood. We will work together to better understand your unique circumstances, discover your strengths, and develop the tools to help navigate the stressors that come your way. I work with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other stressors that negatively impact your mental health. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and helping people to feel empowered and develop resilience. Regardless of what life throws at you, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and a little closer to the life that you want to create for yourself.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
Are you navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, or other situations that are interfering with your confidence and comfort in your everyday? Are
you overwhelmed and would you like to gain new perspectives, grow your present and emerging strengths and explore improved life balance? I am strength-focused and offer a collaborative partnership opportunity to focus on you and your goals. I strive to provide new perspectives and empower you to explore your current and potential skills and strengths as well as offer you opportunities to discuss and review their use and benefit to you as you activate them in your day to day. I enjoy providing tools, skills and resources that you can use and incorporate into your existing skill set to help you explore your own empowerment and personal growth.
I am an active empathetic listener and I consider that a priority in building a therapeutic partnership. You know you best! I will not assume and will ask questions to help the process move forward in a manner that promotes your individual growth toward your goals. I like to use real-life examples in discussion and I often employ humor in this and will get to know specifics that will personalize these examples. I am well-trained and experienced in many evidence-based treatments and together we can explore and plan how to proceed and progress in these for you.
Reaching out to engage in therapy can be scary. Please know I understand this and will provide a reassuring, supportive setting to focus on you and on what you are looking to get out of the therapy experience. It is a partnership focused on you, for you and in support of your growth and life balance progress. We can discuss and plan how to best work together toward your goals.

Hi, I'm Jenn, an LPC/NCC (Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor) located in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University and have been practicing for 15 years. I like to support people who may be struggling with anxiety, self-esteem. self worth issues, ADHD, or depression so they can find ways to take care of themselves.
With 12 years experience as a counselor I am highly adaptable and tend to adjust my therapeutic style and approach to the needs of the specific, individual client. I utilize eclectic and psychodynamic therapy to build strong therapeutic alliances helping clients develop insights into their experiences and personal strengths which may be employed to impact and assist in navigating the struggles often encountered by human beings.
Hi! I am Kim Allen. I am excited to meet with you! I have been working with individuals of all ages for over 15 years. I have always been passionate about helping others and would love to support you whether you are simply going through some tough times, needs some motivation in making a change in your life or are struggling with some more difficult challenges. I have worked with a variety of populations including victims of trauma; parents, adolescents and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc). and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes. I have also worked with couples on improving their communication and relationship skills.
I am particularly passionate about helping others find ways to make changes using natural means including things such as meditation, dietary changes, nutritional supplementation and behavior modification.
Whether you are new to therapy or just seeking someone new to work with, I understand that taking the step to meet with someone new can be overwhelming. You have taken the first step toward making change. I hope you will let me help you take the next step!
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new. Therapy can truly be a sacred space. It's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you! We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't.
I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognizing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless.
I am self-pay only for couples sessions ($150/session).

Counseling is not a 'one size fits all' endeavor and I will take time to recognize what best suits your needs and goals.

Hello! I appreciate that you’re taking this step toward finding a therapist you feel will be a good fit for you. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience. For most of this time I have worked with people around issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship/family issues. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ folks around issues of coming out and self-acceptance. I know that the decision to look for a therapist isn’t always an easy one but, by doing so, you are taking an important first step toward creating change for yourself!
I take a down-to-earth, supportive, conversational approach to therapy. I engage in discussion and don’t hesitate to share my own life experience when appropriate. I find that a more personal approach helps strengthen the relationship between me and the people I meet with which, in turn, will help you feel more comfortable being open in sessions.
I take this approach because therapy is most successful when a person feels like their therapist understands them and when there is some level of connection. I focus on ensuring you will feel both seen and heard starting with our first session. You will be approached by me with curiosity, interest, and care at all times. At the start of your sessions with me I will ask how you’d like to start that day’s conversation and, if you’re not sure, will support you in discovering what might be important for you to talk about in the moment.
I invite you to schedule a first session to see if I am a good fit for what you’re looking for in therapy!
I'm a board-licensed therapist with extensive experience working with teens and adults. I believe that therapy is characterized by safety, trust, respect, and an emphasis on education and self-discovery. I have had the pleasure of conducting therapy with people of various ages and backgrounds. I have served in various clinical settings (e.g., inpatient psychiatric, outpatient counseling, addictions, etc.). My specializations include working with those who have experienced life-altering anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and chronic stress.
Hi, I'm Julia! I am a Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist (PMH-C through Postpartum Support International) who specializes in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many emotional experiences that can surround becoming a parent. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate fertility challenges, adoption journeys, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and the often unpredictable transition to parenthood.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, feeling unlike yourself after having a baby, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a life you never expected, you do not have to go through it alone. I provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while gaining practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help you better understand what you're experiencing, strengthen your coping skills, and move through this vulnerable season with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Hi there! I have been working in the mental health field since graduating with my Master’s in Counseling in 2015. I began my counseling career providing evidence-based family therapies for several years before transitioning to individual counseling. I take an eclectic approach to therapy because everyone is unique and deserves treatment that is tailored to their individual needs. I love connecting with my clients and helping them develop a more compassionate view of themselves, recognize their strengths, and build confidence in their ability to live the life they want. If you think we may be a good fit, I’d love for you to reach out so we can connect.
Navigating through the obstacles and challenges in life can often feel overwhelming without support. I look to provide unconditional support and encouragement within the therapeutic setting to help you find the right skills to build confidence and mastery in order to overcome those challenges independently. As a licensed professional counselor, I specialize in supporting clients of transitional ages from adolescence through young adulthood, as well as adults and seniors. I utilize a dynamic approach to therapy with training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed therapy, and Mindfulness-centered approaches.
