At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. In our work together, we’ll create a safe, open space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
When I’m not in session, you can find me enjoying my favorite music or cheering on my favorite football team, it’s part of how I recharge and stay grounded.
When you’re ready, I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you. Let’s start the conversation toward your well-being.
Hi, I'm Wendy.
Do you find yourself wondering if your relationship is healthy? Do you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks and have trouble remembering the last time things felt 'normal?'
Together, we'll explore the challenges that have gotten in the way of you living your best quality of life and getting the relationships with others that you deserve. I use an eclectic approach that starts with coaching and coping skills and reaches into the deeper issues that cause fear, loneliness, and frustration by combining interpersonal effectiveness, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral methodologies with insight driven approaches such as relational therapy and trauma focused perspectives as needed.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with
Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked with individuals in relational and traumatic crises for over fifteen years. I use humor, optimism, compassion, and honesty to ease the awkwardness of therapy and guide people to embrace their worth, freeing them to find what they seek in others.
You may feel weighed down by past experiences or trauma and have a deep desire to heal and move forward. What you want most is peace of mind, hope for the future, and practical tools to cope with life’s challenges. My role is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can begin to heal, discover new ways of coping, and create the lasting change you deserve. I offer a safe, supportive space to be heard and understood while we work together to shift patterns, learn effective tools, and create space for healing and growth.
I help children, adolescents, and adults work through trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, offering practical tools and support tailored to your needs. Together, we focus on healing, building resilience, and creating lasting change.
Life can feel overwhelming, leaving you unsure of how to cope or move forward. You do not have to navigate this journey alone. Together we can focus on building resilience, finding clarity, and moving toward a life filled with greater balance and possibility.

I believe in the saying, “If you give a man a fish he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime.” I teach techniques that can be implemented to overcome current hurdles and are also transferrable to be used in the future as needs arise.
My approach is to work collaboratively with clients to meet them where they are and learn their goals and aspirations so that we can develop a plan together to overcome obstacles. As a holistic therapist, I believe real change happens when you feel understood, supported, and given practical tools that fit your life. I’m down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely curious about what makes you *you*. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want—one step at a time. I am not a "blank slate" therapist and will both feel with you and for you when you are in a tough situation. While I consider myself a safe and nonjudgmental person, I will challenge you once we have built a relationship to ensure you are focused on your growth.
Hi, I'm Ed from Harrisburg.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified addiction counselor with nearly two decades of clinical experience. I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals, including executives, physicians, and attorneys, who excel at performing under pressure but find that chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout have begun to erode everything they have worked to build. Sleep deteriorates. Relationships suffer. The mental intensity that drives success at work becomes impossible to switch off at home, and the cost of that becomes impossible to ignore.
My approach goes beyond conversation. Using a combination of Gottman Method, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, I help clients identify the patterns driving their distress and build practical skills to address them directly. For appropriate clients, I also incorporate clinical biofeedback technology to support nervous system regulation between sessions.
I am a direct clinician who believes that real change requires honest conversation, practical skills, and the right tools. I do not believe in indefinite treatment with no clear direction. You will know what we are working on, why we are working on it, and how we will know when it is working.
I have spent the past several years building expertise in telehealth delivery, which means I bring this level of clinical precision directly to you, anywhere in Pennsylvania, with no commute, no waiting room, and no disruption to your schedule.
If you are ready for care that matches the standard you hold for everything else in your life, I am ready to work with you.

Hi, I’m Tiffany Wright, a licensed psychotherapist who takes a holistic, mind–body approach to healing. I believe therapy isn’t just about understanding your thoughts — it’s about reconnecting with yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way.
I’ve been working in mental health since 2010 and have experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families in settings such as crisis programs, schools, and intensive outpatient care. Over time, my work has evolved to focus on helping people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Mindfulness and Somatic practices. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in therapeutic yoga, which informs how I help clients understand and regulate their nervous systems.
I’m especially passionate about helping people rebuild their relationship with themselves — developing self-trust, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of identity. In our work together, we explore not only what’s happening in your life, but how your mind and body are responding to it.
My style is compassionate, grounded, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely supported while also developing practical tools for meaningful change.
Greetings, my name is John Luke. I am a licensed clinical social worker and specialize in helping people to effectively manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns using cognitive behavioral techniques. I have worked with a range of populations, nearly all ages, and also have experience with addiction treatment and life-coaching. I work with people to develop insight into the source of their problems, how their core beliefs about the world might be hindering their progress, and focus on their natural strengths to overcome those barriers with practical skills that generate sustainable change. Some of my other specialties include short-term, solution-focused therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy techniques; psychodynamic approaches; and marital counseling.
Some of the problems I am particularly keen on solving with my clients include issues with self-image and confidence; dating and relationships; boundary-setting and assertive communication; as well as general anxiety management; and learning to identify and productively resolve emotional unrest. I am also very experienced in cognitive restructuring, which is just a fancy way of saying helping to change the way a person thinks about the world and their place in it. I also enjoy aiding people in goal setting and identification, meaning-making, and navigating family conflicts. If you feel any of this could be helpful or useful to you, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Hi, I'm Joe Ropelewski, LCSW, and I have been successfully providing therapy to individuals, couples and families for 25 years. Since graduating with my Masters of Social Work (MSSA) degree from Case Western Reserve in 1999, I have gained knowledge and skill in helping people make changes that work best for their lives. I also have a great deal of lived experience, having raised 4 children, survived cancer, suffered depression and anxiety, and also lived with chronic pain...YOU are the expert on yourself, though, and I will respect your power to make your best choices.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania and have been working in the field for five years. I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy, so it is not uncommon for me to provide family and couple's therapy in addition to individual therapy. I treat a number of disorders and issues including but not limited to: ADHD, anger, anxiety, autism, behavioral disorders, depression, family difficulties, OCD, PTSD and other trauma disorders, relationship difficulties, and social anxiety. I am an EMDRIA certified therapist practicing EMDR. EMDR is helpful, especially for individuals with a history of trauma or other experiences found distressing, as it helps people change the way the brain has stored the traumatic or distressing memory so that it no longer has the same negative impact on the individual. I aim to build a strong therapeutic rapport with clients as this is beneficial to treatment and, often, helps expedite treatment. I take into account the unique experience of each individual and offer a safe space free of judgement for clients to feel heard.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years of professional work experience. I have experience with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I have over 10 years' experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. There are many reasons people seek therapy. Whether life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles together we will explore how this impacts you and your daily life.
Maybe you are struggling to manage and understand your child’s moods and behaviors? Is your child feeling anxious, depressed, or lacking self-confidence? Are your child's behaviors impacting your family? Parenting is hard! It can be even more challenging if your child struggles with emotional and/or behavioral problems. As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, I will work with you to ensure you and your child have the support and skills to be successful.

I am a psychotherapist who works with a diverse population of people. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to assist them in achieving their therapy goal(S). My treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy approaches. Although I used these modalities, I do not use a one size fits all approach. I am a think-out-of-the-box clinician that will often challenge clients to try approaches that may be out of their comfort zone. Some examples of my experience include working with individual clients on developing skills in coping with mental health conditions/diagnosis, life stress, finding balance, and improving self-esteem. Although I use these approaches, my clients tell me it feels like we are having a conversation as opposed to feeling like they are in a therapy session. I have a specialization in working with Veterans, LGBTQI, men, and people of color populations. However, I work with all people who are seeking mental health services. I am licensed in DC (LICSW), VA (LCSW), MD (LCSW-C), and PA (LCSW). I have BS in Human Ecology, BA in Humanities from The Ohio State University, MSW from San Jose State University and Post Masters fellowship in mental health from Stanford University.
Hello! I'm Brittany and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). I have been in the field of addiction and mental health for 17 years. I help individuals struggling with substance use build internal motivation, identify healthy coping mechanisms, repair relationships, and identify their triggers for use. I work with individuals ages 18-64. I have specialized training in addictions, working with the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma, and foster care/adoption. Please note I do not offer couple's counseling and I am not bilingual.
Are you experiencing difficulty moving forward with life after trauma, loss or unanticipated setbacks in life? Do anxiety and worry prevent you from fully engaging and living the life you want to live? Hello my name is Kristin and I enjoy helping survivors of trauma and loss and those struggling with anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders heal from past experiences and develop confidence and courage to navigate life's challenges.
Although the process looks different for everyone, I strive to help clients understand and empower themselves through identifying and building upon personal strengths, connecting to values, understanding connections between past experiences and current challenges and providing skills and support to process difficult emotions and confront triggers and fears as they emerge in everyday life.
I treat individuals of all ages with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. However, I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety and worry as well as those who experienced the loss of a loved one or pet.
I believe that therapy is an adventure that should be playful, engaging and directly relatable. I welcome humor and sarcasm and particularly love incorporating client's personal interests and popular culture into sessions. I often bring my two adorable chihuahuas, Dusty and Attila, into virtual sessions when desired and feasible.
I believe that the telehealth platform provides an incredible opportunity to connect and work together in a relaxed setting. I work best with clients who desire and embrace this non-traditional modality and strive to ask questions, challenge assumptions and apply insights gleaned or skills taught in therapy to situations
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people—their inner worlds, their relationships, and their capacity for growth. Before entering the field, I found myself drawn again and again to conversations that went beneath the surface. During my training, I was especially moved by work with individuals navigating complex relational histories, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm. I saw how transformative it could be to have someone really listen—to not just problem-solve, but to bear witness with care. That experience deepened my commitment to relational and psychodynamic therapy, and to creating spaces where healing can happen through insight, connection, and trust. What continues to motivate me is seeing clients uncover strength, hope, or clarity they didn’t realize was there. I believe in therapy not just as a space to “fix” something, but as a way to reconnect with yourself and your agency in the world.
I’m a therapist who works best with people who’ve spent years putting everyone else first and are finally ready to start showing up for themselves in ways that actually matter. Therapy with me looks like a conversation. It's honest and down-to-earth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to who you actually are—not who you’ve had to become.
I am a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Case Western Reserve and have been practicing for 8 years. My professional journey has been enriched by working with children, adolescents, and adults in both family and individual settings. My name is Dr. Steven Mehl and I have been a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania since July of 2016. I have worked primarily in college counseling centers as well as in nursing and rehabilitation facilities. In addition, I have worked for over a decade with adults of varying abilities who carry a diagnosis of developmental (autism spectrum) and/or intellectual disabilities. I have also gained some experience working with individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction while working at an outpatient treatment center.
I have worked with individuals of all different ages and backgrounds and have enjoyed helping them address different psychological and general life issues. I practice primarily cognitive-behavioral (CBT) therapy, while also utilizing some alternative approaches.
As a therapist, I strive to help clients by first establishing a sense of their background and aspects of their current motivation. It is this motivation that will help to propel the therapeutic process forward and ensure that you, the client, are the one who is in control.
I graduated 21 years ago with a master's degree in counseling. Since graduation, I have traveled to Europe, South America and Asia, became certified as an English as a Foreign Language EFL Teacher and earned my licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC. With my diverse experience and training, I want to actively listen, allow you to be seen and heard. What is not helpful to you in your life, we can work on decreasing or eliminating. What brings you healing, fulfillment and joy, we will acknowledge and help these positive aspects to grow and improve.
I help men and women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck show up with more clarity, confidence, and calm—especially in their relationships and day-to-day life. My approach blends practical tools with deep emotional work, using IFS-informed therapy and, when desired, spiritual coaching. Whether you're navigating stress, setting boundaries, or healing old patterns, I create a space where your growth, faith, and voice are all welcome.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we work gently but effectively to help them regain clarity, reduce emotional intensity, and create meaningful change.
My Approach
I draw from evidence-based and holistic modalities including:
EMDR for trauma healing and emotional processing
Attachment-focused therapy to explore relational patterns
DBT skills, including ABC PLEASE, for emotional regulation
Mindfulness and somatic awareness to reconnect with the body
Supportive counseling to offer grounding, guidance, and validation
My goal is to help you understand your story, break unhelpful patterns, and build the confidence and calm you’ve been working toward.
What We Can Work On Together
Anxiety, overthinking, and burnout
Trauma, childhood wounds, and stuck memories
Self-esteem, confidence, and identity
Relationship patterns & boundaries
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Healing from family conflict or feeling “not enough”
What Sessions Feel Like
You can expect a space that is:
Compassionate
Non-judgmental
Structured when you need it
Flexible when you need room to breathe
Always centered on your pace and needs
Our work will focus on understanding where you’ve been, what you’re carrying, and what you want your life to feel like moving forward.
A message to potential clients
You don’t have to sort everything out on your own anymore. Healing is possible, and you deserve support that truly fits you. If you’re ready to begin—or simply curious about what therapy could look like—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Thank you for considering me as your therapist. Like shopping for a car or purchasing a home, finding a therapist with whom you connect is an investment. This investment is meant to benefit you and your desire to have a better quality of life with yourself or your partner. I work with individuals and couples on their journeys to living happier and more content lives. Do you want to feel happy with life and relieved from stress? We can work on taking care of that so that vision of yours can become a reality. Your story and the quality of your life matters most to me.
I specialize in guiding communication and relational dynamics that are currently affecting your life. Whether it is personal challenges (i.e. detrimental self-talk, fear of judgment, life purpose) or relationship challenges (i.e. differing perspectives, communication styles, unhealthy conflicts), we can work on moving forward from this.
I strive for deep therapeutic connections to help you and your loved ones feel supported, validated, understood and encouraged that it is possible for things to change for the better. The journey will not always be easy, but you do have the ability to change things. Book a session to begin the path to a better life for yourself and/or your partner.
Welcome!
Congratulations on taking the courageous first step of seeking out a therapist. It is an act of bravery and courage to explore what is impacting you or your child. Contacting a therapist can feel intimidating and overwhelming, but I hope you will take a minute (and maybe a few deep breaths) to see how I can help.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or significant life transitions.I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years, including over 4 years in a residential treatment setting treating children struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and PTSD, as well as other diagnoses. I utilize TF-CBT, mindfulness, and other modalities in my practice.
Thank you for considering me to be a part of your journey!
