We will talk about how you are feeling as well as what life looks like for you currently versus what you want it to be. Together we will see how you are managing emotions and what we can do to achieve your goals towards a healthy life.

I attended California university of Pennsylvania University where I received my Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. I have 6 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of settings serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. Together we will focus on problem solving what is in your control, and accepting the parts that we cannot change. I have experience working with women and mothers surrounding the transition into and through motherhood. If Christianity is apart of your life I offer counseling through a faith based lens as well.
