I am a trauma-informed Independent Couple and Family Therapist who holds space for the many intersecting factors that shape a person or relationship. I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University, along with a certificate in Multicultural Counseling. I also recently earned a certificate through The Creative Art Therapy in Trauma - Informed Creative Art Therapy. As a queer, neurodiverse and second-generation Martinican American, I understand the importance of culturally responsive and affirming care. My approach is person-centered and grounded in collaboration, consent, transparency, and honesty. These are essential in building trust and creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported from the very beginning. As a neurodiverse therapist, I work with your brain rather than against it. Together, we explore multiple possibilities and pathways through difficult experiences in ways that are accessible, inclusive, and free from shame or internalized ableism. I am trained in EMDR and FLASH therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices such as experiential family therapy. I also integrate painting, drawing, and play to support self-expression for clients of all ages and comfort levels with verbal communication. I believe therapy is a place where you get to discover who you are not who you’ve been expected to be. We are shaped by our relationships, experiences, and environments, and there is no single roadmap for how to exist in the world. My role is to help you create your own. Clients who benefit most from my approach are open to reflection, willing to try new things, and ready to gently stretch into the discomfort that often comes with growth. It is an honor to walk alongside you as you build a life that feels authentic, grounded, and truly yours. I am currently only accepting individual clients at this time.

Therapy with me is conducted within a safe, judgment-free space, where I provide opportunities for you to face those challenges and express those feelings. . I believe in the power of faith to guide healing, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals who desire therapy that aligns with their beliefs. I’m glad you reached out for support. Taking that step can require courage and strength. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to hold everything together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, health concerns, difficult past experiences, or a major change in your life. You may also be facing grief, relationship challenges, questions about who you are, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. I believe therapy should feel human, compassionate, and practical rather than clinical or cold. I offer a space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what you are going through without judgment. Together, we can look at what is weighing on you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that support you in daily life. If you are feeling stuck, tired, or ready for something to change, I’m here to help you take the next step. Our first session is a chance for me to listen and learn more about you and what brought you to therapy. You will have space to talk openly about what has been difficult and what you would like to change. We can begin identifying what is weighing on you, the strengths you already have, and practical ways therapy can support you. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at a pace that works for you. I work with adults in Ohio, Arizona, and Nevada who may look like they are managing well on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, health concerns, life changes, relationship challenges, grief, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

My focus is on a variety of life issues that impede the unique potential of the individual. These include substance abuse and dependency, Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma as well as major life events that happen to us all. I works with people from all walks of life including children, couples, and adults. Person centered counseling is not a platform on which one seeks advice or fears being judged, as if “under the microscope”. Rather it is a collaborative conversation based on unconditional positive regard, in which counselor and client journey together towards the client’s realization of meaning and goals.

I work with adults age 20 and over, and people often describe me as accepting, empathetic, and real — with a sense of humor that helps therapy feel approachable and genuine. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals. My approach blends humor, honesty, and evidence-based strategies to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns (like cognitive distortions) and promote self-acceptance. Whether you’re hoping to manage stress, improve relationships, or reconnect with your sense of worth, I offer a safe, affirming space to do meaningful work — and maybe even share a laugh along the way. Hi, I’m Raven. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in Ohio. I work with teens and adults, especially college students and young adults, who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, perfectionism, and the pressure to keep it all together. These concerns are personal to me, too. I’ve experienced anxiety, ADHD, and perfectionism, and I know what it’s like to place high expectations on yourself, work hard to do well, and still question whether you’re good enough. I also know what it’s like to struggle on the inside while keeping it together on the outside, so other people don’t realize how much you’re carrying. Your experience may look different from mine, and I want to get to know your story. Maybe you replay conversations, feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, or have a hard time giving yourself credit for anything. Maybe you’re tired of being so hard on yourself but aren’t sure how to stop. My style is warm, supportive, and honest. I’ll listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and gently challenge you when it could help. Together, we’ll find ways to manage what feels difficult, build confidence, and make changes that fit your life. You don’t have to impress me or have the right words. Come as you are—we’ll figure out where to start together. I would love to take this next step in your journey with you and support and encourage you along the way!

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. I also helped with medication management, and assisted with supporting them in daily living skills, before getting my master's degree in social work in 2016. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.

I’m M. Brandon Blue, MA, LPCC, NCC, and I work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are becoming. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and honest. I help people slow down enough to understand the stories, beliefs, emotions, and relationship patterns that are shaping their lives. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relational conflict, spiritual concerns, identity questions, or major life transitions. I do not believe therapy is only about reducing symptoms, although that matters. I also believe therapy is about helping people live with more clarity, agency, emotional honesty, and alignment. In our work together, we may explore what you have been carrying, what you have been avoiding, what matters most to you, and what kind of life you want to move toward. I bring a balance of compassion and directness, creating space for you to feel understood while also helping you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Reaching out is a meaningful first step— I am glad you are here. For me, therapy is about creating a genuine connection where we can talk openly, make sense of things and figure out what comes next based on what matters to you. After 25 years working in behavioral health with adults from many different backgrounds, I've learned there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I value genuine connection, collaboration and even a little humor when it fits the moment. I also understand that life doesn't always follow the plan we had in mind and sometimes we need support navigating the chapters we didn't expect.

Hello, I'm Shakera. No one knows you better than yourself, so be proud of this first step of taking care of yourself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience working as a therapist My focus is on implementing a client-centered approach, where I believe the most important aspect is to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for all of my clients. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with adults who have experienced trauma, grief, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, self-image issues, anxiety, peer pressure, and so much more. My approach is versatile, incorporating a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused theory, mindfulness techniques, grounding techniques, and more. Reaching out for help in the form of therapy is not an easy thing to do as many can attest, but by reading this biography, you are taking the first step in getting help for yourself or a loved one. At times, life offers many struggles and obstacles that can be difficult to overcome alone. Engaging in therapy will provide opportunities to explore and process the thoughts and feelings that prevent you from living your best life. Though the thought of therapy may be intimidating and even nerve-wrecking for some, I believe once a person finds the right therapist, they find a trusting confidant who seeks to understand and problem solve.
