Hi :) I imagine you are here because things are not great. Perhaps, you would like to improve or change something, or maybe you just want to feel better or more comfortable in your skin. I know it can be scary, but I believe it’s also brave. It takes courage to admit that you would like life to be different. I believe together we can get you to a place where life isn't so hard. During my 19 year career, I have been fortunate to have met wonderful people and together we have grown. I view the therapeutic process through a person-centered lens and as something we do together. I believe it is important to celebrate the small successes, and focus on progress, rather than perfection.

Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. I've been providing outpatient therapy to clients all over Ohio for the past 12 years. I love meeting with people and finding out their personal goals and challenges and then creating a therapeutic approach that is unique to the individual and their needs. Creating a strong alliance with each and every client I see helps me to achieve this. This is what makes therapy successful! While my work is grounded in clinical, evidence-based approaches, I also believe that healing is a deeply personal journey and that many people experience their healing through a spiritual lens. For clients who are open to it, therapy can include exploration of spirituality, meaning, purpose, intuition, personal beliefs, and our relationship with something greater than ourselves. These conversations are never about imposing a particular religion or worldview. They are about making room for the parts of your experience that matter to you. I see therapy as an opportunity not only to reduce distress, but to better understand yourself, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful. We may explore the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, body, relationships, values, and spiritual life as interconnected pieces of your overall wellbeing. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something in your life no longer feels aligned, therapy can become a space for both healing and transformation

I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches, professional experience, and life experience, grounded in compassion and a genuine desire to understand your story. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will explore your path toward a deeper understanding of who you are and where you want to be. I believe our actions always make sense, even when they feel confusing or frustrating. By exploring the roots of unwanted patterns, we can begin to shift our responses and move toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life. I also believe that each of us holds the answers within—we all have the capacity to grow and succeed. At times, having an impartial, supportive presence can make all the difference. That’s where I come in: to offer a nonjudgmental space and the tools to help you make sense of what feels unclear, and to support you in creating meaningful change.

I am a licensed professional counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with experience working on a multitude of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and couples counseling. I believe in creating a strong, trusting therapeutic environment where people feel comfortable, motivated, and not judged. I use solution-focused techniques to assist in reaching goals and CBT techniques to help with concerns such as negative thought patterns. Every person is different, and you will have your own individualized therapy and plan that is tailored to your needs. I really enjoy helping others explore their own strengths, and I understand that sometimes it can be hard to put things into perspective. The one question I get most often by clients and peers is: Why did you go into the counseling profession? My response is always the same. First, I have always had a desire to help people in a time of need or distress. I have felt this way as far back as high school. Secondly, I went through a debilitating anxiety disorder in my mid-twenties. I know first-hand the helplessness and desperation mental and emotional pain causes. I never condone a therapist sharing with a client, they know how the client feels unless they themselves have experienced a similar type of pain. Lastly, I believe in the power of counseling and the benefits it can offer. Counseling is very different from medicine. Counseling requires the client to be actively involved in the process of healing and growth rather than taking medication and waiting for it to work. Counseling empowers a client to by allowing them to see their progress towards the life they desire on a daily, weekly, and even monthly basis.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely seen, accepted, and understood. You can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. After all, we're only human. I enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences by combining compassion with practical tools and meaningful insight. I'm naturally curious and creative in my thinking, and I often incorporate psychoeducation to help clients better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. While I take my clients and their struggles seriously, I also believe there is room for humor and lightness in the healing process when the moment calls for it. I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to struggle internally and question your own worth. I spent years learning how to care for the person I saw in the mirror instead of criticizing them. That journey taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of feeling truly understood — and it’s what drives my work helping others discover their own strength and value.

I’m Tiffany Settles, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and Ohio dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I enjoy working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or unsure of their next step, want to expand they choices, improve decision-making, and respond to life with more intention instead of reacting from stress or fear. Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a wife to an amazing therapist, a mom of four children, an avid crocheter, and gardener. These parts of my life help shape the warmth, creativity, and groundedness I bring into my work. When I’m not in session, I enjoy creating and publishing reflective journals, volunteering, public speaking, and facilitating mental health workshops. I also participate in local wellness fairs where I share mental health education, resources, and support efforts to reduce the stigma around seeking help. I began my work in mental health in 2005 after earning my degree in psychology, starting in adolescent residential care before moving into one-on-one therapy. With a master’s in clinical psychology and experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions, I provide humanistic, person-centered care that treats the whole individual, not just their symptoms. As someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes for over thirty-five years, I understand the daily work of seeking peace and stability, and I bring that compassion into my work with clients. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, explore patterns, and identify choices that support confidence, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and grace while learning to offer themselves the same compassion they often give to others.

With a doctorate in Human Services specializing in Leadership and Organizational Management from Capella University, I bring over 13 years of experience as a licensed independent social worker (LISW-S) in Ohio. My work focuses on mental health and substance abuse therapy, and I’ve had the privilege of working with both youth and adults in individual, family, and group counseling settings. I use a blend of evidence-based techniques in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy, all tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. I also have a background in teaching as an adjunct instructor, where I’ve had the honor of inspiring many former clients to pursue careers in human services and become advocates for their communities. In group counseling, I often incorporate creative methods, drawing from my background in art to help clients express themselves and find healing in new ways. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader, writer, and art enthusiast. I love spending time with family, playing video games, singing my heart out at karaoke, and sharing laughs with friends. If you’re looking for support, whether it’s through therapy, guidance, or simply a safe space to explore your challenges, I’d love to work with you!

I am an art therapist and LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor). I have been working in the mental health and addiction world for over 20 years. I have had the pleasure of joining forces with children from the age of 3, to children the age of 87. I come from a family that has a long line of veterans and first responders. I have a strong passion for supporting our veterans and first responders but am open to partnering with anyone wanting assistance in life. I welcome any in person sessions as I am very much an empath and thrive when I can feel each person’s emotions in person. I own my own practice, Freedom Wellness Center LLC, in Canal Fulton, Ohio. The link to my website is at the bottom of this page. If you have Medicaid insurance, you must contact me first to schedule an appointment with me. I have had a high amount of people not showing for their appointments and had to put a hold on all new Medicaid referrals until I can speak to you in person first to ensure you are serious about attending your appointments.

I'm Kassandra, a Licensed Independent Social Worker trained at Case Western Reserve University. My clinical foundation was built doing crisis intervention and specialized trauma work with survivors of sexual assault, child abuse, and sex trafficking before. I became independently licensed. That experience isn't a line on a resume. It's the reason. I can sit with the hardest things clients bring in without needing them to minimize, manage, or explain themselves first. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults individually and with couples. I'm explicitly LGBTQIA+-affirming and have experience with transgender and identity-related concerns. I offer telehealth across Ohio and accept insurance through Grow.

As a social worker therapist grounded in mindfulness theory, my dream client embodies a spirit of openness and motivation for change. This individual recognizes the challenges that come with personal growth but approaches therapy with a willingness to explore and confront these difficulties. They appreciate the journey of self-discovery and are eager to gain insights that can lead to meaningful transformation in their life. In our sessions, I envision a collaborative environment where they feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. They understand that progress may not always be linear, yet they remain committed to the process. This client values the therapeutic relationship and seeks guidance to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness in their daily life. What I cherish most about this ideal client is their ability to reflect on their experiences and actively engage in their healing journey. They inspire me with their courage to face discomfort and their desire to learn and grow. Together, we would explore various mindfulness practices and therapeutic techniques, fostering a deep connection that empowers them to embrace change with compassion and patience. Ultimately, my dream client is someone who is not only motivated to seek help but also appreciates the support and insight I can offer. In this partnership, we would work hand in hand to navigate the complexities of their experiences, celebrating each step toward a more fulfilled and mindful existence. This collaborative spirit of growth and understanding is what makes the therapeutic journey profoundly rewarding for both of us.

Hi there! I'm Ross (he/him), and I'm so happy you are making the steps to focus on your mental health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where you can be your authentic self without judgement. Because of this I focus primarily on using affirmative therapy as my main modality. I specialize in working with young adults and adults, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, who may be navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, or life transitions. I also have experience with assisting those experiencing burnout whether from caregiving, work, or from other aspects of life! My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I'll meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and support you in building the confidence and tools you need to thrive. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, identity development, relationships, or navigating life in general I'd be happy to support you and walk with you through that journey. I know it can be overwhelming to start therapy, but you don't have to go through this alone and I'd be honored to support you through those challenging times. Together, we'll focus on your strengths, explore what's meaningful to you, and help you move forward feeling more grounded, empowered, and understood.
