I facilitate this exploration through being attentive to you and your needs, noticing the effects of your experiences on your sense of self. Hi there! I've been working and assisting clients for 18 years. That's a lot of anguish, sadness, hurt and anxiety I have helped people face and move forward into a world they want to live. I love meeting and working with people of all communities. This often includes clients focusing on mood disorders, self-esteem and anxiety. I also love working with people who are LGBTQGIA2S+. I have a casual and humorous approach, but don't let that fool you. I take my work with my clients very seriously and work hard to help them move out of pain, suffering and difficulty. The hope is that they are then able to realize, accept and take initiative to define and live out the life to which they aspire.

Do you feel like you're running at full capacity with no room left to breathe? On the surface, you have it all together: the high-performing professional, the dependable parent, the supportive partner. Underneath, it's different. Anxiety that won't quiet. Depression creeping in. Burnout from roles that never let you clock out. Often it's all of them at once, tangled together until they blur. I bring an engineer's mindset to therapy. My background in Mechanical Engineering shaped how I see problems, not as isolated issues but as complex systems needing recalibration. Most high-achievers I work with are tired of surface-level talk therapy; they want results. Together, we analyze what's actually breaking down, whether it's depression, anxiety, career burnout, or family dynamics. We build a concrete evidence-based plan using tools such as DBT and EMDR to process trauma and tackle performance issues. For over a decade, I've guided clients through major life transitions, for example career pivots, new parenthood, and loss, toward lives rooted in purpose and sustainable well-being.

Therapy with me is conducted within a safe, judgment-free space, where I provide opportunities for you to face those challenges and express those feelings. . I believe in the power of faith to guide healing, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals who desire therapy that aligns with their beliefs. I’m Tiffany Settles, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and Ohio dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I enjoy working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or unsure of their next step, want to expand they choices, improve decision-making, and respond to life with more intention instead of reacting from stress or fear. Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a wife to an amazing therapist, a mom of four children, an avid crocheter, and gardener. These parts of my life help shape the warmth, creativity, and groundedness I bring into my work. When I’m not in session, I enjoy creating and publishing reflective journals, volunteering, public speaking, and facilitating mental health workshops. I also participate in local wellness fairs where I share mental health education, resources, and support efforts to reduce the stigma around seeking help. I began my work in mental health in 2005 after earning my degree in psychology, starting in adolescent residential care before moving into one-on-one therapy. With a master’s in clinical psychology and experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions, I provide humanistic, person-centered care that treats the whole individual, not just their symptoms. As someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes for over thirty-five years, I understand the daily work of seeking peace and stability, and I bring that compassion into my work with clients. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, explore patterns, and identify choices that support confidence, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and grace while learning to offer themselves the same compassion they often give to others.

My passion in the mental health field is to encourage children and teens to become life-long advocates for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It is my hope that together, we will find useful strategies that can be built upon and continue to grow during both the ups and downs of adolescence and beyond. My clients often present with moderate to severe worries and anxiety around “typical” angst related to school, activities, and relationships. Sometimes the stress is sneaky and camouflaged to look like fatigue, irritability, and apathy. I find that many young people use coping skills that may not be the healthiest; however making the initial decision to seek out better solutions through counseling provides countless options for therapeutic approaches. In 2025, I proudly founded my own practice, Grand Wellness Group, in an effort to continue to provide the best support for clients, families, and supervision for clinical mental health providers.

Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, having difficulty processing moments of the past, struggling with relationships, setting boundaries, managing anxiety, or trying to reconnect with who you are after years of putting others first. I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized because I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. The one question I get most often by clients and peers is: Why did you go into the counseling profession? My response is always the same. First, I have always had a desire to help people in a time of need or distress. I have felt this way as far back as high school. Secondly, I went through a debilitating anxiety disorder in my mid-twenties. I know first-hand the helplessness and desperation mental and emotional pain causes. I never condone a therapist sharing with a client, they know how the client feels unless they themselves have experienced a similar type of pain. Lastly, I believe in the power of counseling and the benefits it can offer. Counseling is very different from medicine. Counseling requires the client to be actively involved in the process of healing and growth rather than taking medication and waiting for it to work. Counseling empowers a client to by allowing them to see their progress towards the life they desire on a daily, weekly, and even monthly basis.

Hello! I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and transitioned to private practice in February of 2020. Throughout my career, I worked closely with the Lucas County Juvenile Court and other community mental health agencies, assessing, diagnosing and treating a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. I have been privileged to have worked with adults, adolescents and children as they have navigated through various traumas and other life challenges. My therapeutic focus is based on assisting my clients by finding and maintaining a healthy Mind/Body/Spirit healing and balance. This involves using appropriate therapeutic interventions based on diagnosis to stabilize symptoms and use of coping strategies and self-care to maintain and thrive!

I'm Kassandra, a Licensed Independent Social Worker trained at Case Western Reserve University. My clinical foundation was built doing crisis intervention and specialized trauma work with survivors of sexual assault, child abuse, and sex trafficking before. I became independently licensed. That experience isn't a line on a resume. It's the reason. I can sit with the hardest things clients bring in without needing them to minimize, manage, or explain themselves first. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults individually and with couples. I'm explicitly LGBTQIA+-affirming and have experience with transgender and identity-related concerns. I offer telehealth across Ohio and accept insurance through Grow.

Life can be complicated, let's sort through it together! Hi! I'm Emily, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with clients in both Illinois and Ohio. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. In our work together, we'll celebrate your successes just as much as we'll work through your struggles, and I'll help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns while honoring the experiences that brought you here. We might even share a laugh along the way! My background is in medical and oncology based social work. In my work, I support children, adolescents, young adults, and families as they navigate serious illness, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and strive to create a space where clients of ALL identities feel respected, welcomed, and supported. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work, with a concentration in Mental Health, from Loyola University Chicago.

I have been a therapist since 2000 and licensed since 2008. I work primarily with young to middle aged and older adults now. I also have worked extensively with children ages 7 and older. I will work with you to explore thoughts, feelings, and problems on a more internal and psychological level which I believe has a longer lasting impact while still clearing up the more overt behaviors. I use an eclectic style that includes a psychodymamic approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, self-empowerment techniques, meditation and mindfulness. My sense of humor and relaxed, informal manner can help you feel safe and comfortable. I like to incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and positive visualization. With young to middle adults, we may address personal and career goals, job stress, and relationships, with older adults, transitioning from the workforce to retirement and managing grief and loss. If you are in the Cincinnati area, we do have the option of in-person/office based sessions, which we can discuss at the first session.
