New to Grow
I am here to meet you where you are and work with you to explore your individual strengths, and skills. I will collaborate with you to build attainable objectives based on your reasons for reaching out. I use evidence-based and integrative treatment methods based on your feedback and concerns. I believe in teaching skills and sharing resources to encourage effective, trauma-informed, short-term and strengths based treatment.
Our first session, you'll be able to start to share your story at your comfort level and pace with a supportive listener. I'll ask about your daily life, your overall health, and your experience with mental health and wellness. As we get to know each other a bit we will also set goals for our time together based on what has brought you in.
If you could benefit from increasing daily coping and balance, moving away from self-criticism to self-compassion, or increase specific skills to better manage you mood or relationships, I'm here to walk with you as you move forward in your health journey.
You've got this. And, you're also looking to continue on your journey of growth. Perhaps you hope to improve communication or connection, or to dive deeper into holistic or somatic mental health practices for prevention or symptom management. Perhaps you seek a safe and professional space to process a difficult event or stage of life and move into liberation and healing
