Since training in the bilateral therapies (EMDR, A.R.T., and Brainspotting) I've witnessed healing on a whole new level. I have been practicing Pastoral Care & Counseling for over 20 years. I am a board-certified chaplain and spiritually integrated psychotherapist through the Association Clinical Pastoral Education and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have experience in providing counseling and assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, families in church, social service agencies, seniors/nursing homes and hospital/ hospice healthcare settings.

I have been in clinical practice for 11 years. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor (LCMHCS) in the state of North Carolina. I am also a board-certified counselor (NCC) and an approved clinical supervisor (ACS). I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2013. I earned my Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling focused in traumatology in 2022. For the past eight years, I have worked with service members and their family members in an outpatient setting. Prior to that, I worked in an inpatient setting with individuals suffering from persistent chronic mental illness.
