Welcome! My name is Tammy and I am dedicated to supporting women through some of life’s most transformative and sometimes overwhelming seasons. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years and have worked in several different settings including psychiatric care (access clinician and case manager), middle school counseling, high school counselor and private practice. I understand how complex and layered our experiences can be. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can speak freely, process your emotions and feel seen and heard without judgment. Therapy should be a space where you can be real, feel seen, and—yes—even laugh. Laughter truly is good for the soul! I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach to therapy, integrating CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to support clients with managing anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and life transitions. Therapy with me is judgment-free, and always centered around you—not the version of you that’s trying to be perfect, but the one that's real and 100% worth showing up for. My virtual office is a space where it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, question everything, and still laugh in the middle of it all. Therapy isn’t about becoming a flawless version of yourself—it’s about getting comfortable and being human.

Drawing from a range of evidence based modalities - such as CBT, EMDR, DBT and Humanistic approaches, I am able to offer flexible responsive supports rather than a one size fits all model.

I incorporate evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Our work together will not just focus on coping but on growing, so you can feel more confident, grounded and authentically you. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling. I believe that each woman has the potential for growth, and sometimes we all need a little support to rediscover it.

I use a humanistic approach to therapy. I help clients grown and reach their goals of living their fullest most authentic self.
I use EMDR to help clients process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences.
