New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience, I can support children (age 6+), teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, stress, big life transitions, and emotional heaviness. My approach is grounding, collaborative, and focused on helping you reconnect with safety, clarity, and control. Together, we will create space for healing and build tools that help you move forward with steadiness and purpose.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our work starts with understanding who you are—your strengths, what you’re facing, and what you want for yourself. I’ll support you with compassionate, nonjudgmental listening as you move toward healing. Together, we’ll select evidence-based treatments that align with your needs and honor your pace.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I offer a warm and inviting environment that provide space for you to assist in guiding your own treatment based on our combined strengths and treatment options. We will work together to find interventions that work for you and celebrate progress along the way.
