I received my Master's Degree in Social Work later in life with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/ Minor in Criminal Justice. My professional career history is working with at-risk children, teens, families, and adults over the past 15+ years. I've worked within homes, schools, residential facilities, military installations, and community based programs. I'm currently focusing on providing individual therapy within a variety of mental health disorders.

I am a seasoned therapists who places significant amount of importance on developing a therapeutic relationship. My skillset includes a whole person approach that covers both physical and emotional well-being. I utilize primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Mindfulness. In addition, I utilize my certification in Health Coaching to ensure physical aspects are addressed that may be impacted your mental health. I have never narrowed my practice to a specific diagnosis; however I do find that I work a lot with Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Co-Dependency, and Weight Related Diagnoses.
