Hi! I'm Rebecca! I'm an AuDHD therapist and specialize in trauma, autism, ADHD, and career transitions, particularly those fueled by burnout. I help clients regain their a sense of direction and safety in the world and (re)learn how to trust their own bodies and nervous systems. I also help my clients understand how to work with their brains' unique processing style. Using a trauma-informed approach, I believe in letting my clients set their own pace, whether that looks like jumping right into the hard work or taking a bit of time to feel comfortable and confident before making big changes or sharing details about the past. My therapeutic style is direct yet kind and compassionate. I make sure my clients feel heard and respected, but think it's equally important to challenge unhelpful behavioral and thought patterns. Research has found that the strength of therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in a client's success/healing, and I work hard to foster a professional yet authentic relationship built on mutual respect.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Appalachian State University, focused on individuals and family systems. I have lived in North Carolina all my life and resonate greatly with the people who inhabit this beautiful state, wanting to give back to those seeking mental health support. We all experience grief in our day-to-day lives. We could be feeling grief regarding a chance not taken, a divorce, the loss of a relationship, the loss of a pet, the loss of a loved one, the loss/damage of belongings, the loss of trust in the world, experiencing holidays without someone special, or having to move. We will begin by giving space for the losses and adjustments you have experienced throughout your life, ensuring each version of you can release these emotions and process them in a safe space. I will add helpful interventions, techniques, and educational tools to provide additional support and deeper understanding.

I’m a licensed therapist who supports women who have spent most of their lives being the strong one, the responsible one, and the over-functioner for everyone else. Many of the women I work with grew up emotionally neglected or learned early on that their value came from how much they could carry. I help them reconnect with themselves, feel grounded again, and build a sense of identity and worthiness that isn’t tied to performance, achievement, or constantly being “the strong one.”

I believe that in order for counseling to be successful we must work equally as a team with forming goals, implementing interventions, and assessing progress. In my view, to make sense of overwhelming issues it is best to break them down. Feelings and thoughts affect our behaviors and how we make sense of the world. Therefore, we must address the impact those feelings and thoughts are having on our symptoms and actions. While also diving into the root of those thoughts and feelings.

Hello, I am Chrissy Dingledine. I was born and raised in Ohio and in the past few years I moved to North Carolina. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my Master's in Social Work in 2012. I am currently independently licensed in Ohio and North Carolina. I have had a range of experience from providing crisis and solution focused treatment in a jail setting, providing holistic and solution focused treatment in a medical clinic, and providing care to adolescents in the school setting. Each setting has helped me grow as a provider and a person. One commonality from each experience is that we are all human and we all need support throughout our lives, and there is no shame in this. I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly. I want you to feel supported, seen and heard as you share personal details of your life. On the outside, it may look like you're managing everything. On the inside, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or surrounded by people but still feel completely alone. If you're reading this and thinking, "This sounds like me," you're exactly who I hoped to reach. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While those experiences may bring you to therapy, I believe our struggles don't happen in isolation. They often develop within the context of our relationships, experiences, and the roles we've learned to play. Together, we'll become curious about those patterns, question the expectations you've learned to carry, and decide which roles still fit the life you're trying to build and which you've outgrown. Therapy can be a place to set some of that weight down and reconnect with yourself. It can be life changing to give yourself permission not to fit neatly into predefined boxes.

I am a 2015 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Masters degree in rehabilitation counseling and have worked in the counseling field for 10 years. I received my Licensed Professional Counselor designation for the state of South Carolina in 2018 and have most recently received my Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor designation in the state of North Carolina. I have worked in a variety of settings since beginning my journey in this field, beginning with community non profit work, and adding experience in state mental health, group, and private practices since then. I have worked with both children and adults in group and individual settings. Outside of work time, I enjoy time at my little country farmhouse with my husband, our dogs, cat, and ducks. Being creative and listening to music are a couple of additional things that make my heart happiest!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, and have been providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families for 15 years in NC. I received my Master's in Community Counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University. I enjoy helping individuals learn from their past while focusing on building a present and future that is fulfilling. Past clients have noted that I made them feel heard while still challenging them to grow. I believe counseling is a very active process and requires a team effort. I like for us to set goals, so we know where we are going and when we get there.

These times are urgent. Let us slow down.” ― Bayo Akomolafe Let's take things one breath at a time, slowing down instead of rushing through the hard parts. I don’t believe in fixing or solving everything all at once in the hopes it does not reoccur. Instead, I offer space for curiosity, vulnerability, and connection, because that’s often where healing begins. Together we’ll practice being with your experiences, not just getting past them. I work with people facing all kinds of mental health and personal life challenges, and I especially love helping clients untangle old patterns and build new ones that feel more like them. My approach is relational and HUMOROUS, humanistic, honest, warm, and collaborative. I work mostly with teens and adults. Outside of therapy, I’m usually testing a new hairstyle, thrifting, listening to Afrobeats, or walking my dachshund, Winston-Bishop.
