I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist( in NC). I have 24 years’ experience working with children and adults Including those with various mental health and addiction issues. Keith received his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in May 1994 and a his Masters of Social Work from California State University in December 2010. I have been trained with Triple P Level 3, Together Facing the Challenge provider and trainer, Motivational Interviewing, and is certificated in providing assessment and therapy for youth for problem sexual behaviors.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session I will gather information about your symptoms and complete a bio-psychosocial assessment. That time will be used to get to a little about you, your symptoms and create a treatment plan to best suit your needs.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I will utilize CBT, REBT, Motivational Interviewing skills, reality therapy, talk therapy, CBT worksheets, family therapy, behavior modification and group therapy to assist the client.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I feel comfortable working with clients ranging in age from 6 years old-80 years old. I have worked with clients with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, anger management.
