New to Grow
Welcome! You are at the right place at the right time! My name is Alexis Lett, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Fayetteville, NC. I take a fresh, holistic approach to mental health, focusing on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being. With over 10 years of experience in public service and community mental health, I have worked with individuals ages 12 to 100. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and sever and persistent mental health conditions. My goals is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth. Finding the right Therapist is important! I offer a 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we are a good fit. If we move forward, you can expect a warm, safe, and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. You don't have to navigate life alone-having support without judgment can make a meaningful difference.
Before our first full session, I require a brief 15 minute phone consultation. This is where we determine that we are a good fit and decide to work together. During this time, we will gather background information, talk through your history, and explore what brought you to therapy. This helps us begin building a shared understanding of your needs and goals.
I being compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's journey. I believe in encouraging growth while honoring where you are right now. I will challenge you in a supportive way while also creating space for you to move at your own pace. My goal is to partner with you and support you as you step into a healthier and more fulfilled version of yourself.
I often find that I work best with individuals who are open to self-discovery and committed to personal growth. You may be navigating life transitions, emotional challenges stunted faith, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself. If you are ready to be honest, reflect, and take steps toward change, I look forward to being a support to you on that journey!
Christian Counseling
Only at clients' request and preference, I will implement faith practices such as prayer and or scripture based. This gives us a whole-person practice especially if your faith is already a part of your life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thoughts patterns that impact emotions and behaviors.
Motivational Interviewing
I use MI that helps clients explore ambivalence and strengthen their motivation for change. This is especially helpful for clients navigating life transitions, behavioral, changes, relationship patterns or substance use concerns.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy to emphasize strengths, resilience, and practical steps forward.
