I am an empathic, supportive therapist who utilizes therapeutic tools to empower my clients to build a life they love, deepen their relationships and create a supportive community.
Many of my clients are women who identify as Black or Latino with a history of taking care of others even if it comes at their expense. I support women through all the life cycles from early adulthood to retirement age.
Therapy requires a commitment of time and financial resources. I start out seeing my clients once per week. If you are unable to make the time commitment, I am likely not the best match for your needs.
I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.
I am a native New Yorker and a graduate of Fordham University’s School of Social Work.I have decades of experience working with diverse populations. I bring a wealth of knowledge, insight, and clinical depth to my practice. Throughout my career, I have found this work to be deeply rewarding, with my role as a therapist being the most meaningful. I am honored to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can engage in soul-searching, experience moments of epiphany, feel validated, and gain greater self-understanding. I believe that meaningful growth happens when clients are met where they are, with empathy and respect, and I work diligently to support that process. Central to my practice is the importance of self-care, which I actively embrace and practice weekly. I view self-care as essential—not optional—and it is a cornerstone of the conversations and work I share with clients. Outside of my professional life, I am a proud parent of two children, both graduates of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, who have successfully launched into their own independent lives.
Finding a therapist who understands your identity, experiences, and the challenges you face can make a meaningful difference. If you're exploring who you are, navigating your gender journey, or trying to find your place in the world, you deserve a space where you can feel seen, heard, and respected.
I'm Sasha Classe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of experience supporting young people and young adults. As a queer, transgender, nonbinary person of color, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work. I understand that our identities and experiences can shape how we move through the world, and I believe those experiences deserve care and respect.
I specialize in working with Black, Indigenous, and other people of color who identify as queer, transgender, gender nonconforming, or nonbinary. While these communities are at the heart of my work, I welcome people of all identities and backgrounds.
My approach is caring, flexible, and grounded in respect for your culture, identity, and personal experiences. I also bring years of experience working in healthcare settings and believe in working together to support your overall well-being.
Therapy with me is a place where you can explore your feelings, build trust in yourself, and work toward living in a way that feels true to who you are.
As an LCSW and former Clinical Supervisor with 14+ years of experience, I provide a grounded, protective, and highly structured environment to help individuals process deep trauma, navigate complex grief, and recover from institutional or workplace burnout. My approach moves entirely past standard talk therapy; I draw heavily on evidence-based frameworks—including EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Transactional Analysis—to explore underlying behavioral patterns, break toxic cycles, and build concrete, tailored coping tools. My style is honest, collaborative, and warm, entirely focused on cutting through the daily noise to help you confidently get back to feeling like yourself.
I’m Brittany, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor focused on perinatal and postpartum mental health. I help women navigate postpartum anxiety, mood changes, relationship stress, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” Therapy with me is a space where you can speak openly about what you’re really feeling—without judgment, guilt, or the expectation that you should be handling everything perfectly.
With over 18 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and women navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, or major life transitions, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore emotions, build coping skills, and create lasting change.
I understand that feeling stuck or overwhelmed can be frustrating, and sometimes, you may not even know where to begin. That’s where I come in. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered techniques, mindfulness, and strength-based modalities, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work to identify triggers, develop effective coping strategies, and implement behavior modifications that empower you to move forward.
Beyond techniques and strategies, I believe in the power of connection. Therapy is not just about working through struggles—it’s about feeling heard, validated, and supported. My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while gaining insight into your journey. I am passionate about working with women, particularly women of color, as I deeply understand the importance of cultural identity and lived experiences in the healing process.

Hello My name is Kianna and I have been working in the mental health field for more than 25 years. I attended undergrad at Colgate University where I studied Sociology and Biology. There I developed a passion for Mental Health and a thirst to understand why people do the things we do. I attended the Syracuse University School of Social Work and majored in Mental Health. I have worked with diverse populations of all ages since then and came to find that I enjoy working with people who have come from disadvantaged backgrounds, people of color, women, Autists, and persons living with Anxiety and Trauma of all kinds. Trauma comes in many forms and the abuser can be a member of your family, a stranger and even your society.
As a Social Worker of color, I was drawn to becoming a therapist after my own struggle to find a therapist that looks like me. I want to dismantle the stigma that many communities carry about seeking help for mental challenges and show people that everyone can benefit from a better relationship with themselves.
