I integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral and attachment-based work to help clients understand the “why” behind their reactions and practice new ways of responding. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or assigning blame, but about creating space for clarity, understanding, and intentional change.

I received my degree from New York University, and have used my evidence-based training to provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I hold a deep passion for those who have experienced trauma. I will work with you to create a safe and supportive environment free of judgement, as we explore the thoughts and emotions that are holding you back from your full potential. I am a licensed clinical social worker providing client centered, solution focused therapy for over 25 years with an established private practice since 2005. In my practice, my goal is to provide a supportive environment which allows clients to identify and achieve their goals.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I provide training and consultation services regionally and nationally on trauma informed care, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), sexually harmful behavior, vicarious trauma and self-care.
