Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. I earned my Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University and have spent my career supporting people through difficult periods while helping them build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Many people seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life transition that feels difficult to manage on your own. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, gain clarity, and begin moving toward healing and growth.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I work closely with my clients to help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while developing effective coping strategies that support lasting change. Together, we focus on building resilience, strengthening self-awareness, and creating healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care and creating an environment where every client feels respected, valued, and understood.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. If you’re ready to invest in your mental health and personal growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
Hi, I’m a licensed therapist who believes change happens when you feel truly seen and understood. I bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful honesty into the room, creating a space where you can slow down and untangle what’s been weighing on you.
I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck or navigating major life changes. Together, we make sense of patterns, build self-trust, and take steady, realistic steps toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
Hello, I’m Sahana Pentyala, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to helping individuals, families, and organizations strengthen their emotional resilience and achieve lasting well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based clinical practices with a deep understanding of how physical, emotional, and social health intersect — an approach shaped by my specialization in Integrated Health. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, caregivers, and professionals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, depression, life transitions, and burnout. I believe that healing begins with understanding — and I strive to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, validated, and supported in your journey toward balance and growth.
“Therapy for kids who don’t think it’s for them, parents in the thick of it, and women who are doing everything for everyone—except themselves.”
Sound like you or someone you love? Well…I’ve got you covered!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in preteens and teenagers navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and the complicated space between parents and kids. Much of my experience was built inside a school-based health clinic at the middle school level. Working with students in the middle of their actual world, not just an office. That perspective shapes everything about how I work.
As an elder millennial and a parent, myself, I understand the impossible math of work-life balance. The guilt of feeling stretched too thin and the fear that you’re somehow getting it wrong. You’re not failing your kid. You’re here, and that’s what matters.
My approach is warm but direct, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine connection. I meet kids where they are… not where we think they should be. I work alongside parents as partners, not critics. Because you know your child better than anyone. My job is to help you find each other again.
I also have a passion of working with women of all ages who are navigating careers, life, the world we live in and all of the complexities in between. I provide a judgement free, open space to live your truth and get answers to those questions that keep you up at night.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.
I’m a therapist who believes healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I offer a calm and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without pressure or judgment. I work with adults and couples who are coping with medical conditions, health-related stress, or major changes in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and move through challenges with more ease.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what they need. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s getting in the way, and create new ways of understanding and caring for yourself. My goal is for you to feel supported and empowered as you build a life that feels more balanced and aligned.

I'm Jackie — a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor who genuinely loves this work. I trained at NYU Silver and spent years in community mental health, inpatient, and outpatient settings before opening my private practice. I wanted something less clinical and more human.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship struggles, and the kind of life transitions that leave you wondering who you even are anymore. A lot of my clients grew up in homes that felt unpredictable or unsafe — homes where they learned early to read the room, manage everyone else's feelings, and keep the peace at their own expense. They've been the capable one for so long that asking for help feels almost foreign. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a formal appointment. I'll help you understand the patterns underneath the surface stuff — why you react the way you do, where it came from, and what to do about it now. We'll draw from CBT, DBT, and IPT, building real skills along the way. Sometimes you'll leave with something to try between sessions; other times, something to sit with and think about.
My style is warm, direct, and skills-focused. I'll meet you where you are and gently push when it serves your growth, because real change usually means getting a little uncomfortable in a safe space. Humor shows up too — the hard stuff goes down easier when we can laugh at parts of it.
Asking for help isn't weakness. It's one of the braver things you can do.

Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and helping you feel more confident and empowered in your daily life.”
My mission as a psychotherapist is to assist individuals in developing satisfying and rewarding lives by working through past trauma, exploring negative thinking patterns, and implementing positive coping skills. I focus on the present with understanding that past thoughts & old behaviors can impact our current way of living. My belief is to work with each client as an individual and approach our work from not only a perspective of strength, but from a client centered and humanistic viewpoint. In other words, I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is equal and collaborative.

Hello my name is Sharise and I'm the founder & owner of Structural Solutions. I’ve been a licensed clinician since 2017, but I’ve been supporting adults, children, and families in reaching their potential since 2000. I have helped and supported many individuals as a social service provider in fields ranging from child welfare to substance abuse, along with many others in between. Most recently, I’ve dedicated my time to helping individuals uncover and understand factors that have impacted their daily functioning and relationships. I strive to maintain a warm and empathetic approach while also being professional and direct in my responses. I don’t believe in a cookie-cutter approach, as needs and solutions vary, support should be customized to each person. I aim to help you think differently and try new approaches so that you can experience new feelings and outcomes.
When the time comes to make a change, it takes courage to ask for help. To be one who can respond to the request is a privilege. I believe the response needs gentle and warm and welcoming.
I integrate my relational approach with long- and short-term, problem focused psychotherapeutic work. I am trained both psychodynamically and relationally and have recently added EMDR to my practice modalities to ease the burden of seemingly intractable trauma responses.
My focus, above all, is to create a meaningful connection. That connection will provide a foundation for the work of diminishing suffering and supporting each person to be in their lives as fully and joyfully as possible.
