I connect with my maternal mental health side of my practice as I have a passion about helping women on their non-linear path to motherhood. I have helped hundreds of women on their journey through all the ups and downs.

I am a trauma-informed, skills-based therapist who helps adults move from feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck to feeling more grounded, regulated, and in control of their lives. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT and DBT, with a strong focus on practical tools, emotional regulation, and real-life change—not just insight. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and mild to moderate substance use concerns, especially those who want structure, clear goals, and strategies they can actually use between sessions. What makes my approach different is that I focus on helping clients build real-time skills for real-life moments, so progress isn’t just something you talk about in therapy—it’s something you can feel in your day-to-day life.
Welcome! Come on in, I’m glad you’re here. The challenges of life can be overwhelming; the past making the present feel like less of a gift. You may feel stuck, like it’s impossible to move forward. Life transitions have a way of stirring up emotions and throwing you off balance. This mounting weight can impact your relationships, work, social life, and everything around you. I want you to know that you don’t have to face all of this alone. Together we can create a plan to help you feel better and achieve the changes you are seeking. Here, you will have a safe place to learn and to grow to overcome the challenges you face.
We will work together to establish a genuine connection. I believe this is the most important part of therapy. I value honesty and transparency in our work together, without which movement and authentic change cannot occur. For therapy to work, you have to feel understood and heard by your therapist. I will work with you to alleviate hesitancy about therapy and fear of vulnerability. I will frequently check in with you to ensure the therapy process is working for you and ask how our relationship can be improved.
This collaboration will empower you to make the changes you need in your life. You will have more control over your decisions. Regardless of your “why,” whether trauma, marriage or relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, or life transitions, I’m honored to be here for you. We will get through this together.
Feeling overwhelmed by past traumas, stuck in anxiety or the midst of life transitions? With EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, I help you find clarity, calm, and renewed purpose. I am dedicated to making therapy accessible and convenient by offering fully remote therapy sessions. This means you can receive the support you need for your mental well-being from the comfort of your own home.

I've been a clinician for 15 years. I use an active, direct, engaged style with a variety of approaches that aims to help my clients identify and change negative thought patterns; explore how past experiences, and unconscious conflicts might be influencing their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; gain a deeper understanding of themselves, using their inherent strengths, resilience, and positive qualities to help them improve their well-being. I provide an integrative holistic approach in a warm, supportive, non-judgmental and safe atmosphere for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships.
I help clients struggling with conflict, trauma, and their mental health achieve empowerment, growth and momentum in their lives and goals. Using my education, training and experience as a licensed psychologist and certified life coach, I approach my clients putting a relationship centered intuitive technique and implement a parallel process of healing from the past and taking action in the present.
My experience as a psychologist includes over 5000 clinical hours over 5 years, working in 4 schools, a college campus and many clinics as well as my private practice. This experience included 500+ of hours of direct supervision from Doctoral level psychologists, which has helped me refine my craft so I can be the best clinician to support you as I can.
As a married man and proud father of two, I tap into my life experience and my personal therapeutic journey to offer my clients the parts of my own map of healing and action that is relevant to them. My personal therapy has made me understand what it is like to sit on the coach and I integrate into my therapy what I liked and weed out what I did not find helpful (i.e. How does that make you feel?). It has also helped me build self awareness and achieve a degree of healing that helps me be able to understand what it means to truly suffer as well as what healing actually looks like. I am an Orthodox Jew and proud man of faith and when my clients have a value system that is aligned with my value system, I integrate religious and spiritual perspectives and practices into the therapeutic space. If they are not aligned, I do not. I enjoy chess, working out, and look forward to buy one get one days at Carvel.

I work from an anti-oppressive, person-centered framework which structures treatment goals around the client's psychosocial needs, values alignment, and broader life goals.
My areas of specialty
I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally unsettled beneath the surface. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or persistent patterns they can’t quite untangle on their own.
My style is thoughtful, steady, and insight-oriented. I integrate practical tools for emotional regulation with deeper exploration of relational patterns and attachment dynamics. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and meaningful — a place where you can slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and attuned. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough for honesty and structured enough for real change. My work focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but on building emotional clarity, stability, and more secure ways of relating — to others and to yourself.

Hi, I’m Anna Richards, LMFT. I work with individuals and couples navigating dating, premarital preparation, marriage, parenthood, and communication challenges. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real-life experience as a wife, mom, and therapist.
I offer virtual sessions for clients in New York and Texas through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. I provide both general and Christian counseling, honoring each client’s unique background, values, and goals as we work together to create meaningful, lasting growth.
I am not a young therapist. I have learned a great deal through my life experiences which enable me to empathize with the issues that are bothering my clients. This is my second career. I went back to school later in life and received my degree in mental health counseling. My greatest satisfaction comes from my helping my clients make their lives better.
I predominantly work with young men struggling with social anxiety disorder. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, poor self-worth, and poor self-confidence. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. They are labeled by others as shy, quiet, or introverted. This scenario described myself for much of my life which gives me lived experience to better able to assist you. I help individuals combat their social fears and begin to live a rich and fulfilling life. I do this through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques primarily but also integrate solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, exposure therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. Whether you're a teen struggling to make friends and socialize or you are an adult unable to speak up at work meetings or unable to ask someone out on a date, I'm here for you! Seeking therapy can be frightening but I want to assure you that you will be most welcome if you take that leap of faith!
Navigating life’s most difficult chapters doesn't have to be a solo journey. With over a decade of experience, I partner with individuals to transform the weight of trauma, anxiety, and depression into a path of self-discovery. My approach is bilingual and deeply rooted in client-centered care, ensuring that you remain the architect of your own healing. Together, we will build the self-compassion and inner strength needed for you to make autonomous, confident decisions for your future."
Rita LaBrew, LMFT, brings a depth of experience spanning foster care, child welfare, private practice, and telehealth. I offer a collaborative therapy space grounded in clinical skill and evidence-informed care. I tailor treatment to each client’s goals, helping individuals build insight, resilience, and lasting change. I work with adults willing to look inward and reflect on their inner lives. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy and psychoeducation to help clients understand how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and present thoughts shape emotions and behavior. By offering clarity, language, and insight, therapy becomes a space for understanding, steadiness, and meaningful change over time.
My style is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I use an insight-oriented psychodynamic approach to help you understand the roots beneath the pattern: family-of-origin dynamics, protective roles, and the stories you’ve had to live by. I also use psychoeducation to make therapy practical: clear language for what you’re experiencing, tools for boundaries, and ways to respond differently in real life.

Hi, I’m Amber :) I’m a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My journey has taken me through healthcare, mental health, education, and human services, and along the way I’ve come to deeply appreciate how interconnected our systems are. I also recognize that these systems are not always built with every individual in mind, and that factors like race, socioeconomic status, gender, and other identities can deeply impact a person’s access to care and overall well-being.
I’m also neurodivergent, chronically ill, and received my diagnoses later in life, and I have lived experience with mental health and health challenges, both personally and within my family. Those experiences shape how I show up in my work: with authenticity, empathy, and a genuinely nonjudgmental presence. I understand that healing isn’t linear and that every person is worthy of authentic, person-centered care.
I truly believe that the privilege of a lifetime is being who you are. I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe enough to reconnect with your most authentic self and supported enough to grow into the life you want to live.
