My clinical approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-identity, and improve relationships. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real partnership. You bring your experience and what you know about your life and together, we figure out what makes sense for you and what actually feels doable not just in theory, but in day-to-day life.
Hi, I’m Colette, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m glad you’re here. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe to share your story and begin making sense of what you’re going through.
Grief work is at the heart of my practice. Whether you’re coping with the loss of a loved one, a major life change, or a more personal kind of loss, I’m here to support you. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, maternal mental health, and life transitions.

In grief work, we may also create meaningful rituals or practices to honor your loved ones while caring for yourself. I believe it’s possible to hold both pain and joy, and I will support you in finding that balance.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Doctorate-level clinician who provides compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), and complex family or co-parenting dynamics. Welcome! My name is Amy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families. Using a person centered, humanistic approach, my goal is to create a warm and nurturing environment to support my clients in identifying and working through barriers to a fulfilling and joyful life.
For over a decade, I've immersed myself in the realm of mental health care, where I meet my clients in the place they are in their emotional/psychological struggles. I am passionate about making a lasting positive impact in each and every client's life. To that end, I obtained a bachelor's, a master’s and a doctorate degrees in psychology.
My therapeutic approach is as diverse as the stories I encounter, tailored to resonate with each person’s unique journey.
Hi, I'm Marjorie, an experienced clinical social worker, licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My specialties include working with adults from varied backgrounds, identities, and cultures who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and/or mood disorders.
There may be times in your life when you are struggling. Perhaps you are overwhelmed with anxiety or depression which is interfering with your day-to-day living and/or work. Perhaps you are experiencing unhappiness in important relationships, or you are resorting to unhealthy ways of coping such as self-isolation, disordered eating, self-harm activities, or other self-sabotaging behaviors. You may generally feel "less than," or feel as if you don't fit in, feel conflicted about your identity, feel debilitated by worry, fears or depressive symptoms, and/or may be suffering from loss of significant relationships.
The "work" of therapy can offer relief from painful symptoms and conflicts while addressing your particular patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, particularly those that are holding you back from a more productive and fulfilling life.
My goal is to listen and work with you to understand your unique experiences, identify patterns of underlying thoughts and feelings about yourself and others, examine how your past may have informed your present, and provide a safe space for you to explore yourself. Together we will identify those patterns that are not working for you to find strategies, personal to you, to overcome them.
My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches and often include DBT practices such as mindfulness and guided meditation techniques.
My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan. I am particularly passionate about empowering women and gender nonconforming individuals to build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and regain a sense of control in their lives.
Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my profile! Therapy should be uniquely tailored to each person. I work with clients to identify patterns of behavior that may have contributed to difficulties in relationships—with family, friends, or at work or school—and help find ways to create positive change. We learn to change our perspective on life, our past, our entire reality, and recognize that we really can control how we think and what we think about.
One of the primary purposes of coming to therapy is to be heard. I am here to listen and work with you to come up with a solution to the problem or issues you may be having.
I've worked with many clients coping with anxiety and depression, in particular, which has led to the development of a different approach that combines parts of a few different proven techniques. This approach is designed to change your perspective on your mental illness and learn new ways to cope, adjust, and adapt.
We work together to find what works!
Personally, I have been managing numerous forms of anxiety (including, at times, OCD and PTSD), depression, and bipolar II disorder since my early teen years, with about a decade battling addiction. Thankfully, I had the support of my family, my wife, my two daughters, and our multiple rescue pups. They're all the motivation and inspiration I need!
Hi, I’m Samantha! I’ve been a clinician for over twelve years, and I genuinely love this work. My passion lies in helping clients tap into their strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages in schools, juvenile justice, and long-term care—experiences that have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit.
As a mom, I understand firsthand how life can be both beautifully rewarding and incredibly overwhelming. I bring that perspective into my sessions—combining compassion, curiosity, and a sense of humor with a down-to-earth, real-world approach. Outside of my practice, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, organizing (yes, it’s my version of therapy!), and spending time with my family. Fun fact: I have a degree in Philosophy and even studied Japanese in high school!
I’m a mental health therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I create a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure to have it all figured out. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical; it can be a place where you feel understood, challenged in helpful ways, and even share a laugh as you work toward feeling more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with over 28 years of experience as a therapist. I earned my MSW from Widener University in 1997. Since then, I have worked in private practice, and as a therapist in a non-profit agency. I have run successful group therapies as well as working individually with clients. I have had great success with issues of anxiety and trauma, chronic pain, personal empowerment and relationship issues. In 2025, I became a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS). This means I have knowledge about how food and nutritional supplements affect your mental health. My professional mission has always been to be there for anybody who develops a hiccup in life and needs a helping hand to get through it.
I became a therapist because I have always been interested in emotions and their impact on behavior. I am a compassionate listener and aim to be a supportive guide. I pursued a degree in forensic psychology with a minor in addiction studies followed by a master's degree in mental health counseling. I have worked in outpatient clinics, methadone clinics and private practice. I am a compassionate listener and aim to be a supportive guide. My experiences have given me a variety of resources and techniques to utilize throughout sessions. Sessions are unstructured and are focused on supporting you to accomplish your goals. The therapy space is empathetic and nonjudgmental to safely explore thoughts, emotions, behavior and relationships.
Hi. I'm Steve.
Do you ever wonder why, no matter how many different things you've tried, you fall back into old behaviors that hurt you and/or those you love? Do you wonder why your emotions take over and leave you feeling incapable or overwhelmed? Do your emotions get in the way of effectively communicating when it matters the most?
We all face questions like this, and the most fulfilling part of my work is helping people like you find answers to those questions. I don’t have any “one-size-fits-all” solutions, but together we will work to identify what drives your responses and what you can do to make lasting changes. We will work to help you anticipate and prevent issues before they appear, to feel emotional intensity rising and calm it down, and to exit stressful situations before doing or saying something you’ll regret. I don’t believe that our worst moments define us. I DO believe that each of us is capable of overcoming past struggles and finding a new path. I look forward to working with you as you try to find yours.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey with multiple degrees from Widener University. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more. I’m not here to give you all the answers—I’m here to help you ask the right questions, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and support you as you build confidence in your ability to navigate life on your own terms.

I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and poor self-image. I'm also a Certified Religious Trauma Specialist.
I believe that one of the most underrated experiences is loss, including the end of significant relationships. I can help you navigate the grief, find meaning in the loss, and build hope moving forward.
I believe that change best happens when we learn to accept where we are while simultaneously challenging ourselves to do better. My desire is to accept you wholly as you are, without judgement.
My experience has taught me the profound value of truly connecting with individuals—walking alongside them as they heal, grow, and realize their full potential. This insight has been instrumental in helping clients develop effective strategies to overcome a wide range of mental health challenges, addictive behaviors, and life transitions, as well as concerns related to both mental and physical well-being.
I take a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. I firmly believe that each client’s unique story should shape the therapeutic journey.
Clients often leave sessions feeling empowered—with greater confidence, self-esteem, and the motivation to face life’s challenges head-on. My hope is that each person walks back into the world thinking, “I know how to do this day.”
As a neurodivergent Black woman living with a chronic illness and mother of three adult children, two of whom identify with the LGBTQ+ commmunity, I am always interested in the deeper question people carry about their lives. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years showing up for others, meeting expectations, and doing what seemed like the responsible thing to do. At some point, though, many begin to notice a quiet sense that something no longer fits.
My work centers around helping people slow down enough to understand what is actually happening beneath that feeling. Together we look at the patterns, experiences, and internal narratives that shape how you see yourself and the choices available to you. From that place, people often begin to rediscover a clearer sense of who they are and what direction their lives might take moving forward.
I am especially drawn to working with adults navigating identity shifts, relationship transitions, and moments in life where the path forward is no longer obvious.

YOU can call me Cathy. In so many ways, there is still a stigma around receiving mental health services. For some, their previous experience (or experiences of those close to them) has made it difficult to reach out for help. I’m here to tell you the field of mental health has evolved, much like I have as a psychotherapist throughout my career. During my studies at Monmouth University (2012-2018) where I earned my BA in Psychology and MS in Mental Health Counseling, I learned to pride myself on being authentic with clients, in and out of session. I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Over the last almost decade, I have worked in various professional mental health settings, including intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, community-based settings, and private practice.
Throughout my career, I have championed family life, serving people of all ages (children, adolescents, adults, seniors) and phases (single, married, parenting, empty nesters, retired, managing chronic health diagnoses). We are wired for connection, but challenges arise when we struggle to keep relationships stable. Life can be overwhelming without the right supports and tools. My goal as a therapist is to help clients maintain wellness in all areas of life. How we think and feel shapes our reality, and I will help you embrace what helps and release what no longer serves you. Have you ever been blindsided by life? Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your feelings and emotions? Trust me, we have all been there trying to figure out this beautiful thing called LIFE. It is my passion to assist people navigating through the highs and lows of their personal life. I like to view our sessions as collaborations to help you put things in perspective and hopefully obtain the solutions you seek. My desire is to empower you to live the life that you want to live.
I have experience working in various settings such as school, jail/prison, and in the community. Because of my clinical experiences and background, I can provide a non-judgmental approach for you to speak freely about any life situation. Let’s get through life together.
I’m a proud, multi-hyphenated Black woman and one of my deepest joy's is walking alongside people as they grow their self-love, self-worth, and capacity to live authentically. I work with clients to unabashedly honor themselves, their stories, and their desires for the future. In our work together, I’m committed to decolonizing therapy—honoring the lived realities of people of color, using tools and language that affirm your identity, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome as you grow into more of yourself.
I'm Angela, an African-American, queer clinical social work therapist with over 25 years of experience in various treatment settings. I enjoy working with college-age through senior adults who want to grow, improve their mental health, or are experiencing a wide variety of distress. My work with clients is integrative, insight-oriented, and grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework with a trauma-focused lens.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY) and Licensed Professional Counselor (NJ) who has been working in the mental health field since 2018. I have experience working with adults and adolescents in outpatient group practices as well as collaborative interdisciplinary inpatient settings. A big reason why I became a therapist is reflected in the quote: "Your vocation is where your deep gladness meets the world's deep need" (Frederick Buechner). I find tremendous joy in helping clients move toward healthier and more meaningful lives.
Hi, I’m Tiffany Wright, a licensed psychotherapist who takes a holistic, mind–body approach to healing. I believe therapy isn’t just about understanding your thoughts — it’s about reconnecting with yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way.
I’ve been working in mental health since 2010 and have experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families in settings such as crisis programs, schools, and intensive outpatient care. Over time, my work has evolved to focus on helping people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Mindfulness and Somatic practices. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in therapeutic yoga, which informs how I help clients understand and regulate their nervous systems.
I’m especially passionate about helping people rebuild their relationship with themselves — developing self-trust, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of identity. In our work together, we explore not only what’s happening in your life, but how your mind and body are responding to it.
My style is compassionate, grounded, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely supported while also developing practical tools for meaningful change.
Part of what makes my therapeutic style unique is the way I intentionally tailor it to each client’s experience. No matter the circumstances, people are often doing the best that they can with the resources that they have access to. I believe that everyone is looking for a place where they can be their authentic selves without apology. A strong therapeutic relationship can be a safe space to foster that authenticity. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and racial equity lens, and understand that each client is an intersection of the various identities they are balancing (e.g. race, gender, sexuality, culture). In our first session together, we will discuss why you've decided to begin therapy and the areas of your life you would like to work on. From there, we will create a personalized plan for self-discovery and emotional healing.
