Great to meet you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in New Jersey and have been practicing for the last 8 years. Life has its challenges and it is easy to question ourselves and often that feeling of disconnect can be so consuming and hinder growth. It is my goal to help you learn who you are, sit with those unknown questions along the way, and find fulfillment.

Welcome! I am Cindy Walker, a licensed professional and mental health counselor and serve the states of New Jersey, Iowa, and North Carolina. It brings me great joy to be a helper and walk alongside those wounded and frustrated by life. I created Sempre Autentico LLC in order to assist people in becoming their truest self. I take a client centered approach (as therapy is such a personal choice) and work collaboratively towards what the person is motivated to get accomplished.

I have been working in the helping profession for over 17 years. I attended the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice, specializing in clinical social work. I have practiced in a variety of clinical settings and currently work as a mental health counselor at a local high school. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and trauma. I have worked with clients of all ages, but currently focus on adults.
