My name is Meghan Gilbert and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Social Work. I graduated from Widener University in 2017 with a master's degree in Social Work through their Advanced Standing Clinical Social Work program. I have been working in the mental health field for the past 11 years and I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations in the field. I have a lot of experiencing working with adolescents and adults who struggle with managing anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. I have had the opportunity to work with people in different settings like inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, community based treatment, schools , non-profit agencies, corrections, and occupational social work. I have had the opportunity to provide individual and group therapy, case management, consultations, and supervision to diverse populations.
I generally practice from the cognitive behavioral and humanistic perspective to help people to evaluate their feelings and their circumstances in relation to the world around them and to help reconstruct their thinking in relation to their challenges and past trauma. Through the humanistic approach, I am able to view the whole person as an individual in relation to their problems and focus on their strengths or positive traits to help empower them to create change in their lives. I also provide solution-focused therapy to help people to strategize how to reach their goals and manage life's challenges in a health manner. I also implement the reality therapy approach that focuses on actively listening to clients and providing helpful feedback to help clients evaluate their emotions and to work towards realistic goals and behavioral changes.
TaMara brings a wealth of experience in an unconventional way. As a former owner of a home healthcare company, that primarily provided services to the elderly, TaMara found herself assisting families, particularly adult children, who had to make tough healthcare and financial decisions for their parent(s). She helped families establish goals on how best to support their parents in maintaining dignity and independence while simultaneously identifying the next steps in the event of their parents’ passing. While families had to come to terms with the physical, mental, and/or psychological changes seen in their parents, taking on the parental role was quite emotionally challenging for adult children. TaMara supported the entire family in managing these delicate issues.

Hello, I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I received my masters degree from Rutgers School of Social Work and have been practicing for 15+ years. I collaborate with adults struggling with challenges related to depression, anxiety, and neuro-divergence to find solutions that are specifically tailored and evidence based. My focus is creating an open minded and safe space where you can work at your own pace.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults who function well in demanding roles but experience internal strain related to anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, or sustained stress. Many of my clients are in high-pressure environments such as healthcare, first response, STEM, or other responsibility-heavy fields, and are seeking support that goes beyond surface-level coping.
My work is informed by formal training in clinical counseling at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a research background in STEM fields. This combination shapes a structured, systems-oriented approach that integrates neuroscience, evidence-based therapy, and careful attention to how complex internal patterns develop and persist under pressure.
I work with individuals across diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients, and approach identity as an important part of lived context rather than the problem itself. Therapy is a space for clarity, safety, and meaningful change, especially for those who appear capable on the outside but feel taxed or constrained internally.

Namaste, my name is Ashwini Gupta and I am Therapist/Intuitive Life Coach specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Vedanta and Mindfulness-based practices. With 20 plus of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I am passionate about empowering my clients to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives truly being in touch with the essence of soul identity.
Using ACT as my primary therapeutic approach, I create a warm and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. ACT combines mindfulness, acceptance, and behavior change strategies to guide clients towards psychological flexibility, allowing them to better handle distress and align their actions with their deeply-held values.
What is ACT?
At its core, ACT is a behavioral therapy: it’s about taking action. But it’s not about just any old action. First, it’s about values-guided action. There’s a big existential component to this model:
**What do you want to stand for in life?
**What really matters, deep in your heart?
**What is the legacy do you want to create for yourself?
ACT gets you in touch with what matters in the big picture: your heart’s deepest desires for who you want to be and what you want to do during your brief time on this planet. You then use these core values to guide, motivate, and inspire behavioral change.
What is Vedanta?
Vedanta is one of the world's oldest philosophies which affirms the oneness of existence and the divinity of the soul. A close look at the word "Vedanta" is revealing: It is the combination of 2 words: "Veda" which means 'knowledge' and "anta" which means 'the goal of'. In this context, knowledge refers to understanding one's own divine nature- meaning and purpose in life.
I’m Pamela Andrews, LCSW and I help clients who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, and/or OCD so they can feel grounded, confident, and in control of their lives again. My clients are often people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR and ERP, along with a compassionate, faith-informed lens when desired, I help clients break free from old patterns, calm their nervous systems, and build lives rooted in clarity, peace, and purpose.
I’m a national board-certified and multi-state Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in psychology and over 20 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive. I use evidence-based treatment methods tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and person-centered therapy. When requested, I integrate Christian faith into therapy to support healing, provide spiritual perspective, and align emotional work with personal values.
I work well with clients who are ready to explore emotional patterns, past experiences, or stressors that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, processing trauma, grieving a loss, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to meet you where you are and walk with you at a pace that feels right.
My clinical work is informed by ongoing professional development, national conference training, and active membership in the American Counseling Association, the American Psychological Association, and The National Society of Leadership and Success.
I strive to offer a thoughtful, affirming space where you can build insight, resilience, and a grounded sense of self. Therapy with me is a partnership — one that honors your voice, your goals, and your capacity for meaningful change.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I’ve worked with children, teens, and families for several years in both community and outpatient settings. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Being a therapist is more than just a job for me—it’s my passion. I truly love helping people, and it brings me joy to see my clients grow, heal, and overcome life’s challenges. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients from all backgrounds feel safe, heard, and empowered.
I believe in the saying, “If you give a man a fish he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime.” I teach techniques that can be implemented to overcome current hurdles and are also transferrable to be used in the future as needs arise.
My approach is to work collaboratively with clients to meet them where they are and learn their goals and aspirations so that we can develop a plan together to overcome obstacles. I have experience and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. My work is focused on helping individuals and families that are struggling with mood and learning disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges.
I primarily practice psychodynamic techniques, and also incorporate CBT, mindfulness, trauma focused, Family Dynamics, Family Systems, and other modalities as appropriate.
I have diverse experience working with children, families, and adults across settings including schools, homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, family court and juvenile justice systems, as well as those involved with DHS, foster care, and the adoption process.
Working with individuals & families experiencing and living with health challenges and/or disabilities is of particular interest to me.
Broadly speaking, my therapeutic aproach of counseling falls into a behavioral model through which I usually work to address the problems identified. I pride myself for being a thoughtful therapist who manages to get those to talk and explore a different perspective on the identified issues. Quite simply, and through various and applicable therapeutic modalities, I recall past details and tie them together with new facts to help clients better understand themselves.
I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I have a real heart to walk alongside you to encourage, support, and empower you to move forward in your recovery needs. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with an MA in Professional Counseling and completed a Doctoral program specializing in treating trauma-related challenges. I approach recovery through the eyes of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
My goal is to provide a safe space for healing.
I prioritize my client’s confidentiality and comfort when providing care to meet their needs. In addition, I treat each client as a unique individual with specific issues and needs.
After earning my master’s degree from the University of Southern California, I began my counseling career with the Shenandoah Public School. I also worked as a Crisis Intervention Therapist for two years and as a substance abuse therapist for another two years.
After obtaining my couples therapy and sex therapy licenses, I began working with couples.
