I know that reaching out for support isn't always easy, and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. Whether you're coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to face it alone.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with survivors of trauma and abuse, helping them process difficult experiences, build resilience, and rediscover their strengths. Hello
I often hear clients say, “I don’t even know where to start” when they first begin therapy. I understand that feeling. The first step is to make sense of what’s happened in your life in order to start to tackle the issues and ultimately make some changes.
I am a seasoned therapist with 17 years experience helping adult clients find their own inner wisdom and strength to resolve issues in their lives. It feels burdensome to rely on friends and family to help us through difficult life challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process where the client and therapist work together to explore and identify barriers which prevent resolution. I believe that the therapeutic alliance between client and provider is key to a successful outcome. I use psychodynamic, solution focused and client centered approaches to help clients gain insight, identify barriers and foster empowerment to make changes and resolve issues.
