(she/her)
I’m Corey Smith, LCSW, LCADC, CCS, ICGC-I. I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional challenges and create meaningful change. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and EFIT. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore, heal, and build more fulfilling connections with themselves and others. Whether you’re managing stress, healing from past pain, or working to understand and overcome addictive behaviors, I provide a space to uncover patterns, build resilience, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
In our first session, we’ll start by exploring what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll take time to understand your background, strengths, and current challenges so we can set meaningful goals together. You can expect a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly and at your own pace.
Clients often feel heard, empowered, and safe exploring their emotions in our work together. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can build insight, develop resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
