Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 44 years of experience in the behavioral health field, including 30 years in private practice. Throughout my career, my goal has remained the same: to help individuals reach their highest potential and develop a deeper sense of wellness and balance in their lives. I believe therapy should feel supportive, respectful, and focused on your personal growth. I provide a safe and caring space where you can speak openly about your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of judgment. Together, we will work toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I will take time to listen carefully to your primary concerns and what led you to seek therapy. We will talk about any symptoms or challenges you are experiencing and explore what you hope to gain from our work together. My goal is to understand your story and begin building a plan that supports your goals.

I bring experience, empathy, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. After many years in practice, I understand that every person’s path is different. I strive to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my experience the CBT approach is very empowering to the individual. It helps increase their awareness and is solution focused. Learning and applying new coping skills can lead to a state of wellness.
