About me

I love providing support to women in the perinatal period. I am also passionate about assisting clients navigate infertility, infant and child loss. As a single parent, I am able to use my own experience to assist client in navigating co-parenting and other challenges. I will assist clients through family conflict, relationship issues, grief and loss, and recovery from abuse/trauma. I also provide couples counseling to help improve communication and manage conflict.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I like to go through a social history to really understand my client and where they are coming from. We also talk about what clients want to achieve while in therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are my ability to actively listen and help client feel validated and understood. My goal is to help you feel better and it is very important for me to create a very safe environment for clients to do so. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and incorporate interventions that I feel will most benefit my clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support young adults, new parents, and individuals or couples navigating fertility and infertility challenges. I work well with clients who feel overwhelmed by transition, questioning, or uncertainty—whether they’re building a family, adjusting to a new identity as a parent, or processing the emotional complexities that come with trying to conceive. My ideal clients are thoughtful, motivated, and open to exploring their inner world, even if they’re not yet sure where to begin. They may be carrying anxiety, grief, guilt, or a desire for greater clarity and stability, and they seek a space where all of those experiences can be held with care. Together, we work toward cultivating resilience, strengthening self-trust, and creating a sense of groundedness as they move through some of life’s most tender and transformative stages.
