My experience has taught me the profound value of truly connecting with individuals—walking alongside them as they heal, grow, and realize their full potential. This insight has been instrumental in helping clients develop effective strategies to overcome a wide range of mental health challenges, addictive behaviors, and life transitions, as well as concerns related to both mental and physical well-being. I take a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. I firmly believe that each client’s unique story should shape the therapeutic journey. Clients often leave sessions feeling empowered—with greater confidence, self-esteem, and the motivation to face life’s challenges head-on. My hope is that each person walks back into the world thinking, “I know how to do this day.”
In our first session, I’ll begin building rapport by asking both factual and guided questions designed to help me understand your true essence and how you relate to both your inner world and your external environment.
My greatest sOne of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to offer a non-judgmental, attuned, and deeply empathic presence. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly seen and heard. My work is also grounded in a strong spiritual foundation, which allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level and honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I’m best suited to support clients who are ready to go deeper, unlock their true potential, and recognize that doing the work is the shortcut. My approach is positive and strengths-based, and I believe deeply in the power of collaboration and connection. I see myself as a guide—someone who can help you uncover what may have been buried or forgotten, walking alongside you as you rediscover your path forward.
To establish a strong therapeutic relationship and build trust and rapport where we can collaborate together to set goals towards identifying intrusive thoughts, challenging core beliefs and reframe thoughts with alternatives that are a better fit.
To work with clients to help them heal from trauma and distressing memories. We’ll focus on a specific memory using Bilateral Stimulation to help the brain process the memory in a new way.
Using Gottman I will guide clients to develop effective communication skills, manage conflict in healthy ways, and strengthen their emotional connection. I will help them to learn new tools to better understand and support each other.
