Mental health is an essential aspect of our overall well-being. As individuals, we go through several changes in our lives. Some of those changes can be very distressing. You may feel stuck, anxious, or depressed. You may not know, where to turn. As a therapist, my goal is dedicated to helping you navigate the right therapeutic path to optimize wellness. No matter how big or small the problem is, we work as a team, to explore past or present issues. I specialize in working with individuals affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem.

My aim is to help my clients reach their goals by providing a warm and safe environment where they feel safe and free to say everything. my goal is to help them gain insight into their unique personalities and life circumstances and develop internal resources to help them weather difficult times.

I primarily use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address various problems. CBT is a structured tool that helps us become aware of our unhelpful thoughts & replace them with positive ones. My approach comes from a place of compassion and deep empathy by creating an environment of healing. My goal is to help you navigate through past traumas/experiences, work on overcoming unhealthy defense mechanisms, and focus on cultivating and acquiring Coping skills.
