LCSW, 9 years of experience
New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring years of experience working with a wide range of populations and addressing a broad spectrum of emotional, relational, and mental health needs. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and transitions with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or school-related challenges and life transitions, I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can happen. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy—tailored to what works best for you. Whether you’re looking to build coping tools, heal from past wounds, improve your relationships, or feel more grounded and confident, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you—toward meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is about more than symptom relief—it’s about reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your values, and building the life you want. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and empowered.
I lead with empathy, a sense of humor, and a genuine belief that connection matters. I create a warm, inviting space where we begin by exploring your story and what has led you to seek support. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, supportive environment. We’ll discuss the challenges you’re facing, the hopes you hold for yourself, and the changes you’d like to see, while also reviewing practical details like confidentiality, scheduling, and how our sessions will work. This first meeting is a chance for you to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
With nearly 9 years of clinical experience providing outpatient therapy, I’m especially well positioned to support children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. What makes my therapeutic approach stand out is the way I blend warmth, humor, and genuine connection with evidence-based practices. Clients often tell me they appreciate that therapy with me feels safe, collaborative, and practical while still offering meaningful insight and lasting tools. My integrative, strengths-based approach is designed to empower clients, reduce distress, and support meaningful, lasting growth. I believe therapy should be a place you look forward to—a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to experience real change.
I work best with clients who are ready to put their best foot forward—even if they’re unsure where to start—because taking action is the first step toward change. I especially connect with clients who value a collaborative approach, where we work together to uncover strengths, explore challenges, and create meaningful growth.
I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. I also tailor CBT to each client’s developmental stage, strengths, and goals.
I help clients develop practical skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, blending DBT strategies with other evidence-based practices to create a personalized plan that feels supportive and empowering.
incorporate Motivational Interviewing into my work, a collaborative and client-centered approach that helps people explore and resolve ambivalence about change. This approach empowers clients to take ownership of their growth and move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.
I create a safe and supportive space where each family member can be heard and understood. Together we work on identifying patterns, improving problem-solving, and developing practical strategies to manage stress and life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a warm, collaborative style so families can reconnect, improve understanding, and move toward shared goals. In addition to providing Family Therapy, I offer parent training to help caregivers develop effective strategies for supporting their children’s emotional and behavioral needs. I work collaboratively with families to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen problem-solving skills. Parent training sessions focus on teaching evidence-based techniques—such as positive reinforcement, consistent routines, and effective limit-setting—while also validating the challenges of parenting. By combining Family Therapy and parent training, I help families build stronger relationships, reduce conflict, and create a more supportive home environment.
incorporate a psychodynamic perspective into my work, which focuses on understanding how past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns influence current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By exploring these underlying themes in a supportive and collaborative environment, clients gain deeper self-awareness and insight, which can lead to meaningful and lasting change. This approach helps clients recognize recurring patterns, heal unresolved issues, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
