Hello, I'm Natasha Lee and I am looking forward to getting to know you. You've already taken the first step in seeking therapy and should be proud of yourself. It takes bravery to seek help and express vulnerability. Through empathy and compassion, I utilize evidence-based practices to empower, motivate, and encourage you to become the best version of yourself you can be. I will work with you hand in hand to assist you with learning effective techniques to manage your emotions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and daily life stressors. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I offer in-person sessions as well as tele-therapy. Whether you are seeking therapy individually for yourself or a loved one or seeking to improve your relationship or family dynamics, I am here to help you fill your toolbox with the essential mechanisms needed for positive change. I love being a therapist and being able to provide an outlet and safe space to heal.
In the first session with my clients, I seek to gain an understanding of who they are as individuals. Challenges do not define who someone is as a person so learning intricate details about each client is important to me.
In life, no two people are exactly alike. Therefore, I don't believe there is a "cookie-cutter" approach to treatment. In therapy sessions, I incorporate evidenced-based methods from treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, positive psychology, emotional focused therapy, family systems therapy, structural family therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
I pride myself on my ability to build a good rapport with each of my clients. While it is essential to validate feelings and allow vulnerability, I feel it is also necessary to challenge the cognitive distortions/negative thoughts of my clients. This provides them the opportunity to start thinking differently, and more positively which in turn, creates growth.
In my practice and the way I conduct my sessions, I am best positioned to serve those who are ready and willing to do the hard work that will result in overall mental stability.

Natasha was welcoming and warm from the moment I walked in her office. I found her to be a great listener, understanding, and kind when discussing my situation. She made me feel that I was being heard, and her feedback was thoughtful to my situation and offered intelligent guidance throughout my entire session. I am extremely happy to have met her and will continue to allow her to help me get through this trauma that I find myself in. Thank you, Natasha!
